    Got this message:

    Wrote them back and verified that my info was correct, read this thread and double checked my TM account and realized it did not display my last name for some reason (though I use my TM account a lot and it always has my name attached to it).  So, I added my last name.  Do I re-place my request for tickets to be safe or leave as is?  And, go!

    See Santos’ thread about this on the Porch. This is regarding the album presale, not the tickets. He said to ignore it.

    I got the same email and panicked as well!

    More to this point....My guess is thats the reason 10C has so many seats.  In case some weird crap happens, then seats can be secured behind the scenes.  This isnt a huge tour, like a lot of other tours, so its probably a decent test size to do this on.  And will help the fall system, too.

    Also, I put in for 2 shows, 1 CA and 1 US.  I got my confirmation emails, but I dont have any charges on my card.  (For what its worth)

  • Here's one for you - my Ticketmaster email doesn't match my 10C email, but the names and CCs are the same. Think there will be a problem?

    So on the confirmation for Toronto, it says $324 Canadian dollars.  Will my debit be converted/debited in US dollars?

    You could email them to be sure, but the bolded section in the instructions only says name

    Just go back in and do a new request. Your latest request is the only one that will be honored. No way to "edit" a request, per se.

    Go in and submit a new request. That will effectively cancel out the old one.

    Here's an interesting question. Does the 10C pre-sale take Visa Debit? I don't have a CC but my 10C renews through my Visa Debit. I know ticketmaster's site said they accept debits with a major credit card logo. I can't remember if that's how paid last time I got drawn for the 10C pre-sale in 2016.

    Later in the day obsessing and checking I did not see my confirmation email, but I know that I did receive it, for whatever reason I could not find it.
    Got home from work, went back in and re-made my selections and received a confirmation email.  I checked my CC the next day and do not see the $1 hold on it.  Anyone seeing the hold on their CC?

    It’s really crazy at the level of panic attacks people have over this lottery process! I thought it was very easy to navigate I entered for two shows I chose reserved seating for both ...
