how do I change my ticket request from 1 to 2 tickets?
Just go back in and do a new request. Your latest request is the only one that will be honored. No way to "edit" a request, per se.

Here's an interesting question. Does the 10C pre-sale take Visa Debit? I don't have a CC but my 10C renews through my Visa Debit. I know ticketmaster's site said they accept debits with a major credit card logo. I can't remember if that's how paid last time I got drawn for the 10C pre-sale in 2016.

I made my selections once, got a confirmation email, then reviewed my profile to make sure my name matched, it did not so I corrected it.
Later in the day obsessing and checking I did not see my confirmation email, but I know that I did receive it, for whatever reason I could not find it.
Got home from work, went back in and re-made my selections and received a confirmation email. I checked my CC the next day and do not see the $1 hold on it. Anyone seeing the hold on their CC?

there were four different, visa, MC, AM EXP and something else, maybe discover, so yea, should work.

My Ten Club name has numbers in it and no last name (don't ask me how - I have no idea) and Ticketmaster won't let me change my name to that. I tried to do it myself in my Ten Club profile but it says I have to have Ten Club do it. Sent an email but no response. Has anyone gone through this before? Any help is greatly appreciated.

10 club has to change your name. I went through it when I got married. you need to email them and wait for a response.

@TA243471 For some reason under My Account my name is my profile name (spags010) rather than my real first & last name. @amethgr8 Was the email route helpful? I actually did just get a response but all they told me was that I had to be an active member. They didn't initiate steps to change my name.
I got a response from 10c TM. I had no last name in my TM account, emailed them to ask, then went ahead and resubmitted my ticket request after updating my TM account. Here’s there response.

Not panicked....but i read somewhere that we would be notified if we won the lottery on Jan 19th, so we could enter the verified fan presale on the 23rd. But now I cant find the info that says that we will be notified on the 19th.
The only thing I see is that our tickets will be digitally delivered on the 27th.

Thanks! So far I've updated my TM account to match 10c as I can't get through to anyone at 10c on the phone. Hoping that's enough. If not, I'll try via the TM verified next week. Sometimes I wish I never changed my name
My problem is that in 10c under My Account, my first name is my user name and my last name is blank. In TM, my first and last names are correct.
I can’t update my 10c name on my own - it says 10c must do it. And I can’t update my TM name to match my 10c name because my 10c name has numbers in it.
