I think it is wise to choose a fresh unknown VP pick rather than choose someone your opponent already has a huge dossier on.

"I'm sorry that Hillary Clinton is rerunning 2016," Sanders said in an interview with Iowa Press that aired Sunday. "I could take out a letter from Hillary Clinton saying, 'Thank you Bernie for working so hard to try to make me the President of the United States.' "

This was pathetic, as usual with Hillary. Maybe he would have endorsed her sooner if the entire DNC wasn't in Hillary's pocket conspiring to make her the nominee.

I thought that was a fantastic interview. Wish she would've agreed to it three years ago. Not that it would've made a difference (although you never know because the amount of people that can fit into a football stadium determined the result) but I felt it humanized her in a way that I haven't seen done maybe ever.

Stern is the best interviewer on the planet.

There was a time I thought of Stern as nothing more than the guy that hosts "Lord of the Anal Rings" on the E! network. Where the switch flipped for me to realize how great an interviewer he is was an interview with Paul McCartney not long after Linda died. He had Paul talking about the first time he had sex following Linda's passing. I couldn't believe it. Paul was all like "I was thinking to myself during it 'Linda, what do you think of this, babe?'" It was surreal and the type of stuff only Stern could get out of people.

For sure. I didn't even listen to him back in those days. I just watched the E show. The fact that he can get these people to come in and sit for an hour uninterrupted is pretty incredible. I hope this one was the interview where the dam breaks and he gets a lot more interesting celebrities willing to to talk to him.

Did the DNC conspire to make 55% of Democrats vote for her in the primaries?  They are awfully powerful.

So I have no problems with Warren's work as a bk consultant.  But at the same time, this smells rather hypocritical.  I also don't care who Pete consulted while at McKinsey.  At the end of the day, if you work for a consulting company, you're going to consult the people that your management team tells you to consult.

what the fuck is cilliza talking about? did he listen to the same interview I did?

if what was said is a diss its really mild.

she stated an. opinion.  one, its reasonable to believe that it did hurt her to an extent by delaying endorsement  tw she said she was disappointed. three yes she did say she hoped it didnt happen again if another got the nod over bernie. so what. isnt it about defeating doucher in chief?

4th. Fuck bernie. HE ISNT A DEMOCRAT. Hijacking the apparatus to avoid doing the work. Ran as what you are or stay in your current role. Even in that he doesnt run as what he identifies as.......

I'm sure if McK asked you to consult NAMBLA, you could say no.  I'll grant you that.  But by and large, you don't get much of a choice if the request is reasonable.  Consulting Bank of America, Exxon Mobil, Amazon, while may be distasteful to some progressives, you could not say no.  Trust me on this one in regards to consulting in the US.

I would assume there is contract language about this very thing.

NAMBLA is specifically called out in the contract which I'm working under today.

Interesting.. Pete and Biden at the top in NH.  This whole thing is really unpredictable.  There are so many undecided that it could swing to any of the top four candidates in NH and IA.  https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/474139-poll-buttigieg-biden-neck-and-neck-in-new-hampshire

You think in binary just like Trump does. There are more than two ways to think in the world. I know you really aren’t here looking for opinions, but here’s mine anyways. Sanders would have efforts to get things done be hamstrung at every opportunity, and would divide a country that I honestly don’t know how much more division it can sustain. The desperate and reckless “blow it up and start with a radically different reality from today” is not an approach I or any moderately risk-averse person should ever advocate for. Signed, a millennial who doesn’t much appreciate being told how I feel.

I'd like to see the Mayor and some of those Senators (and Hunter's dad, for that matter) yield some of their collective time to Cory Booker and Julian Castro tonight.

    Tulsi not so much.

"Hunter's dad"?  What a strange way to name the VP.  And why would they do such a thing?

Thanks!  I enjoy people who earn the votes based on the rules established at the beginning.  I don't understand why you hate white people.  That's a really bizarre statement.
