uh Oh! Bonuses and wage raises being announced by companies based on anticipated savings. Were Trump and Ryan right? It’s a conspiracy!
i think the Dems’ boat is starting to leak.
Yeah! Let's make it even better by tossing another trillion at the national debt. That'll show those snowflakes.
So the ten trillion added from 2009-2017 bothered you too? Can you link me to the thread that showed your disgust?
Nice to see you taking a break from researching your rebuttal of what great things children were experiencing in 1913.
And to your question, I wasn't on here until the middle of last year so there's nothing to link. I don't give a shit which party is increasing debt in the attempt to sell its bullshit line, but it's quite hypocritical that an R can still try to claim fiscal responsibility after this and what it means down the road.

Congratulations, you are gullible! Are you in the market to buy a bridge?
That's all PR baloney. The perfect example is AT&T, which is giving bonuses as a concession in their union contract negotiations, same as always, except that now they have identified a huge population demographic that will believe anything a rich person tells them.

Average salary of at&t employee is 80k. I estimated 51k yesterday but then saw some data. So they handed out loud less than 1.5% bonus, one time, after getting a 40% long term tax cut.

Let’s see if you guys can follow along. What do you think is coming next year? Guaranteed not to fill gap, but still. This is step 1in a 2 step process.
A recession? Or the kick in the nads for the poor?

I will assume your interpretation will be the latter. It’s always easier to give shit away. Spending like a drunken college kid is easy.
Btw, I think it’s funny everyone is focusing on all the money the rich are “making” off the tax changes (which, of course they are. They pay 3/4ths of the taxes, so it’s almost impossible to make a change without positively impacting them. You can’t give a tax break to someone who pays 0 which is basically half the population.). They have already made far more off the Trump rally in the market.
Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.
This tax plan was always about the corporate rate 1st and foremost. And that's not really a bad thing at all. I'm just pissed it was rushed as I was hoping for actual tax reform....making everything easier...and a tax plan that didn't add so much to the deficit.
I'm a big fan of keeping the $ I make and believe there are too many people paying for too many others that aren't. But I'm confused about how you can pass a tax plan that adds so much $ to the debt...makes no sense to me. Not in this economy.
Is it a problem for you that a lot of people are paying more in taxes than you are?
A higher %....yeah it does actually. But there are far more paying less than are paying more. But not really sure where this question is coming from.
Do you think people earning lesss than you should pay more in taxes?
I think they should pay roughly the same % in income taxes and let consumption taxes have those spending paying more.
You or anyone else on this forum will never own me. Not mentally, nor ever physically.
I'll address the comments when I am not traveling and driving. In the meantime go find another Russia story to consume your life.
“Nor ever physically.” LOL. Well, we can’t mentally, the aliens already do. Or is it Alex? Maybe Savage? Like I’ve said, what a joke. “Physically.” Go back to allowing elimination of the white race to consume your life as it’s evident it’s well on its way.
I'm flattered Unsung, but im not interested in you physically, sorry.
But I do love watching your simplistic and naive worldviews/ideas get shredded like lettuce by posters on here regularly. The sad thing is you never seem to take anything away from your discussions here

I thought of that too, but thought that was a Olivia Newton John song

Just ran my numbers, $3000 will not be stolen from me annually going forward.
I didn't vote in 2016, but if this winning keeps up I may cast my ballot for Trump 2020. Is it against 90% of what I believe in? Yes. But when I was a Democrat up until 2007 they told us to be one issue voters, and that one issue was the wallet. I think I will take their advice.
Now the Federal (cough cough) Reserve. 1913.
Basically since that time the dollar has been regularly devalued through mass printing, endless inflation, and reckless spending and bailouts. All on the backs of the middle class, all to benefit the elite.
It is somewhat odd that this conversation is active on forums such as this given many of you claim to be for the poor and middle class but if I say anything ill of the Fed then I am participating in some vast right wing conspiracy. The reality is the elites have robbed from all of US for over a century and until somewhat recently they have been unchallenged in their control of the global financial system. However recently that automatic domination has found a few thorns in its side, most notably by cryptocurrency, bitcoin being the largest. If you watch news on btc they will use terms as bubble, describe the craze similar to tulip mania, and say that bitcoin is used to fund terrorism (as if the US Dollar has never done that.) So I urge all of my fellow PJ fans to do your own research (dyor) dont spread fear, uncertainty and doubt (fud) and never obtain the fear of missing out (fomo). And if you so desire shoot me any questions on how to get started.
You all can say I am whatever you want, it doesn't really matter to me, but please don't remotely pretend that I endorse the current financial system that robs people every day and places newborns in $55k in debt the minute they take their first breath.
Have a Merry Christmas everyone! I am currently in Nashville enjoying the craft beer scene (not a country music fan although the Johnny Cash museum was cool) and am headed back on the road tomorrow.

Why no mention of the years 2001-2009, Unsung? Oh yea, that President was white.
