I agree with 3days. If you only want GA, then yeah, you need to concentrate on how to best get what you want.

I did have Reserved for Wrigley 1 and my seats were meh. A lot of that is my high ten club # of 495xxx. I take an 'at least I'm in the building' attitude, but I did find myself watching the screens the whole show. The stage was just too far away to make out anything really. I still had an amazing night. Just not as fun as 2 nights later when I had GA.

Keep in mind, any spouse or friend you might go to the shows with can join the ten club for $20 for a digital membership, and then they can help improve your odds tremendously. Also many members have extras for trade after the lotteries are finished.

^Agreed. I signed my wife up for 10C last summer strictly for increased odds in getting tickets.

Agree with you on getting the shows you want.  Trying for shows in New York and other such larger markets is tough, but selecting shows such as the 2016 Greenville, Raleigh, and Columbia for tickets I won all three shows with a high membership number #489xxx.  I've been lucky in getting tickets for the three Wrigley shows, even though the last two weren't in the best areas, but I was there and had a fun time.

Hopefully some tour dates will be announced for the US shortly, hopefully the Midwest again.

so with the rumored stadium shows i'd love to see them at wrigley...question, what neighborhoods should I look into in chicago to book a room?
Depends on what you’re looking for. You can stay right in Wrigleyville across the street from the ballpark if you’d like (the new hotel is set to open early 2018 and is literally right across the street).  It’s a fun neighborhood with a lot of stuff to do nearby aside from the show.  Regardless of where you stay, you’ll be within short distance of all the city has to offer.  I’m glad to give recommendations of restaurants, bars, breweries, pizza joints, etc.  Feel free to PM me when the time comes.  You’re guaranteed to have a blast!
Do you know the name of the new Hotel?

I've been to Chicago a bunch of times I'm from NYC. I think your best bet is to stay in the north loop in like old town, lots of bars, quite, close to mag mile and Wrigley isn't to far north.

Any time frame on an announcement?
Just guessing but I would imagine it would be January to early March for the ballpark tour and July at the latest for the full NA tour. Really hoping that they announce it all together and soon though!
