The most important meal of the day. Haha

    So, TahoeJeff? Where you from?
    Hahaha

I enjoy having breakfast for dinner once in a while. As a kid, when mom cooked breakfast for dinner? It was a BIG EVENT!!!

This is especially funny because I've lived in the Seattle area since 2004. But years ago, one of my friends here genuinely asked, "So, Tahoe...where are you from?", and this has become a running joke between us.

Had a nice grilled chicken, bacon, mango, avocado, tomato, chipotle mayo wrap last night… was nice during Knicks game until it wasn’t 😬
Good combo idea. I've been ignoring mangos lately.
All I want is to make TahoeJeff's Famous Banana Pudding.

Ive been on a soft boiled egg and rye toast kick lately. But yes, a good veggie omelet kicks ass. Back in the day, before I got old and Tums became my drug of choice, I used to love a good Spanish omelet

That is Daisy. Over covid lockdown I made it my mission to make friends with the squirrels in my yard. Armed with, peanuts, joints, and a lot of patience, I eventually gained their trust. Daisy is the squirrel that I had the greatest bond with. I've known her since she was a baby. She trusted me enough that when she was injured in an attack, that she came to me and allowed me to put neosporin on her wound. She ended up losing the ear, but her fur grew back and her ear hole didnt heal over, which was good. I've known Daisy for probably about 4 years now. Unfortunately my landlords have sold the house, so I had to move last summer. I stopped by a few months ago and called for her, and she came and jumped on my shoulder, ate some peanuts, and got some pets from me. I miss her.

You can make some mean chicken sandwiches with thighs though!  I made this one a few weeks back. Next attempt will be Nashville Hot Chicken.

You need to step up that antacid game. Prilosec all day long. In my house, these days, I look in the fridge and all I see are eggs.

Found some very large artichokes expensive though $4 each stuffed with a combo of bread crumbs, ground meat , onions diced, garlic diced usual Italian herbs topped with Parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil, in the oven for 16 minutes @ 375
