Came out unreal. If any of you have been on the fence on whether to smoke a prime rib, do it. You wont be disappointed!
    Man, that looks REALLY GOOD!!

    I'm having a Prime Rib on X-Mas, but I don't have a Smoker.

Thanks man. Oven roasted is just as good. That's how I normally do it. This just added the smokey flavor, which enhanced it a bit overall.

oxtail stew. Added spaetzle, white beans, beef stock, onions, chunks of beef, a couple dried hot peppers, allspice. I think it's an african recipe. Darn good.
Cooked it for over 5 hours. Still doing its thing.

That looks delicious!! Xmas Day I am going to a friend’s for dinner (I am Jewish - so no family obligations). She usually makes an amazing meal starting with homemade stromboli while the rest of dinner is cooking and ending with filet mignon. I will see what goodies await tomorrow. Photos will be posted.

Brett that looks awesome!  One of my favorite meals of the year: seafood salad.  Shrimp, calamari, scungilli,  garlic, celery, lemon, parsley.

My bud told me to cook a steak over an open wood fire.  I fought the idea but I tried it with a fat rib-eye. Did like 4min one side 5 the other. It had some serious char on it. A little blue cheese crumbles.
Would do it again just 2 to 3 min per side.
Burned the heck out of my potatoes from those flare ups :/

    Small, but tasty.  Love Mezcal.
The oysters were mild, and my wife and I devoured them.   Very good,!

My pot roast came out great. I froze most of it in single serving containers. It will be great on those cold nights I don’t feel like cooking.
