Made chicken tenders in the air fryer. I breaded them with whole wheat Panko and gave them a light spritz of avocado oil. They came out pretty crispy for not being deep fried.

Getting ready to make the sauce for my lasagna tomorrow. Make a pretty darn good one, although i always do it differently. This time, going with a blend of beef, pork sausage, and pancetta to put in the sauce.

Letting the rain stop here in the next hour, then getting my wings smoked before finishing them in the air fryer before serving later.
