    Yes. It must be treated like a cancer. Diagnosed and treated correctly it probably cannot be cured but almost certainly can be put into remission. Like all cancers we will have to hunt and kill the radical cells. Doing so will damage some aspects of the host but that is an unfortunate necessity considering the alternative.
