Stadiums lottery was in Feb last year. Give more notice for large venues as need and expect more travelers than regional arena tour. Sounds like wrigley's dance card if full for 17, but there are plenty of others available. I prefer arenas, but beggars can't be choosers.

Lottery for the stadiums ended January 25th last year. At this point last year, we were all aware of the tour and submitted our lottery choices.
I don't mean to nitpick but I just checked my emails and the lottery for the arena shows ended and we were notified of the results on the 25th of January and the stadium shows on 8th of February.
    Your right, I meant arenas

There are certainly other bands/events that have holds on arena dates for fall/winter/spring already. Maybe PJ is one of them.

I would think that if PJ had holds on arena dates someone in here would have heard, like they did last year.
  • Hoping if there is a west coast leg this year, they hit up Houston as well. I realize we're not west coast, but damn, it's been forever since they've been here

2 airports, arena or outdoor amphitheater, good weather, good food, pretty women, etc. Houston would sell out two shows easily.

Speaking of the map, is it working properly for anyone else as far as tracking what shows you've been to? I thought I'm listing everything in the right format, but it's just completely determined to mark down London, UK on the map for me instead of London, Canada 2013.

Mine is off. It's missing St. Paul, MN which I attended, and has me down for Charlotte, NC which I've never been to in my life

St. Paul from 2014 is listed as Woodbury, MN. on the tour listings.

Thank you! That was the problem with my map as well. For some reason they have London 2013 incorrectly listed as Sault Ste. Marie, wtf?. That's not even anywhere close to London lol.

This is depressing being that its January 24 and it appears were months away from anything meaningful.

I guess? Personally I don't usually travel far for shows, but I saw 3 last year. I saw Pemberton which was sort of local, and traveled to Wrigley. Wrigley was definitely an exception to my usual Vancouver/Seattle ways.

I'm conflicted. They don't play Seattle very often anymore. If they play this year then it'll be years before I might see them again. Being as I only saw them a few months ago in Chicago... waiting until next year helps spread it out a bit more :) I guess I'm good either way. It's just that I often see bursts of PJ in this area and then nothing for several years. At this point I'm used to having a few years between shows, so I'm ok with Seattle being next year. It would probably mean they are working on a new album.

I would too. Other than connecting flights in Dallas, I've never been. Would definitely go to a show in Houston this year. I'm traveling somewhere to see them play. Just a matter of where...

Thanks, that worked to put that show on the map. I still can't figure out why it's showing Charlotte.

Reading about Uncle Neil inducting them, found another article about the Progressive Field Concert event. Not sure if it was announced yesterday or if it is next Thursday, but the article says latest speculation is PJ. Jackass also questions whether they could fill a stadium this late in their career. must have missed the memo on two sold out shows at Wrigley and the fastest sell out in the stadium's history. Not sure if anyone else has any insight or new info on this.

I hope, wish, and think they should play Columbus this year. I would love to see them play in my hometown again and I would think other people would also enjoy this show. But that's just a guess.
