I don't have anything too exciting to add. I am down 2 lbs in 2 weeks by sticking around 1400 calories a day. Super happy about that! At this rate I'll be down 10 lbs for my first PJ date! So I'll only meet half of my goal but I'm headed in the correct direction.

I'm so happy and proud and jealous of everyone's hard work! Keep it up and keep us posted! Everyone has such good ideas and foods and just daily activities that I love to read about and try to use as well!

    Good job everyone! Wahoooooo!

Three miles without music. That may get a little old soon, but I have less to worry about.

Quickly checking in... Every now and then I take a day or two off, but apart from that I am still hooping every day. I have gotten better in the process - the other day I was able to finally shoulder hoop for a bit! I also ordered some tape and taped my home made hoops. One is sparkly gold with white and red stripes, the other one is glittery black galaxy tape with accents in pink and blue and neon green  My muscles are still aching and I am sweating my butt off, but it is so much fun! I don't have a scale and usually only go by my overall body feeling anyways... If the clothes fit nicely, I am on a good path. So I don't know how much I lost or if but I feels very good at the moment.

So happy you guys are all doing do well. Foxy that is great news! 10 pounds is a freakin good milestone I think!! I'm feeling very confident. I have 2 "cheats" coming up, I'm headed to a casino on Saturday and balls if I'm not have a few drinks and a meal that I'm sure will include something not on plan. Monday I'm in Philly for the flower show and at the market there is a cherry walnut bagel that calls to me every year. I already know I will have to resart the Whole 30 on Tuesday March 8th. I'll still have plenty of time to hit my goal. Still eating on plan. lots of veggies, meat, nuts and seeds and some fruit.

Found a super satisfying snack: cut up banana, add almond butter and top with shredded (unsweetened!) coconut. Ahhh it's soooooo good!

Thank you fellow 10 clubber for saving my ass....again!!!

Ran 1.5 miles yesterday. Physically could have gone to 2, but I was about to have heat stroke (running on a treadmill in a gym with the temperature over 80).

Doctor appointment this morning and it seems that I've lost 25 pounds over the last year. Didn't realize it was that much. I've been thinking about it in terms of how much I've lost with each personal trainer (on #3 now - my gym has a good bit of turnover with their trainers). Still have a ways to go, yes I was very overweight, but still encouraging to see good progress.

    Yay!!!

My eating habits have really changed in the last month and I'm starting to really see the benefits. I sleep like a rock, my bloat is gone. I'm clear headed. It's amazing what eating crappy food does to me. I'm keeping a diary so when I eat something "yummy" and off plan I will not just slip back into my old ways. I'll be able to allow myself indulgences without throwing away all my progress! My ultimate goal was to eat healthier and lose weight. 10 more pounds to go!

I noticed the same thing with sleep and feeling bloated when I cut out all the unhealthy stuff from my diet.

That 10 pounds will be gone before you know it, Sprunkn7!

I can't seem to lose more than 3lbs a week, so I guess I will just have to accept it.

I''m on a planned off plan weekend...lol. back to Whole30 on Monday. And yes, I am starting all over and going back to Day 1. So far all this is going perfectly.
I'm not a runner but the weather is getting nicer, daylight savings time is approaching and I'm looking forward to walking outside again. Maybe I'll try the jogging thing and see if it gets me anywhere beside to shin splint land.

I am back in the swing of lifting and calisthenics so hopefully this extra workouts will inch me a little closer. If nothing changes, I will be down to 188 when we leave for S Carolina...I would need to be at 175 to use some of my technical gear so it looks like I will have to buy some new digs. I will be burning many thousands of calories hiking mountains every day and jumping with Pearl Jam.

Good luck everyone! Bear down, grit it out and do that extra set/mile/minute when it's time to quit!

When are you coming to South Carolina? Assuming it's for one of the concerts?

4 adults, 1 baby, 2 60lb boxers, loading up the mini-RV and heading down for Greenville show on the baby's 1st birthday. 4 days of hiking in NC Pisgah and Nantahala and then Columbia as well. Can't wait! I feel like these SC shows are prime for an epic mid-tour show...add in some hiking the balds, bouldering at Rumbling Bald, and a couple of those badass waterfalls and we have the ingredients for a pretty sweetass trip!

Sounds like a great trip planned out. Wife and I travel up that way quite a bit. Love it up there. Nantahala River is great for beginner rafters or rafting with kids (wouldn't take a baby though). Hiking and rafting = great way to burn calories (thread integrity lol). Hope you enjoy your time in SC.
