    This super early thing is getting to me. My wife just about donkey puched me at 3:30 to get me to get up and shut off my alarm. It had been going off since 3 so I understood why.

    Spa is back open and ohh how I missed it. Such a great way to cool down and relax from a hard workout.

    RR, that new supplement came yesterday and is awesome. Hopefully no crash from it. I will know soon enough.

    Metal lockers suck. Oh how I love the mahogany ones. Benches are granite to sit on. Granted I pay more in a month that you pay a year but I would still pick my place over a cheaper place.

    If you smoke,that's your prerogative and I get it,do what you want.But if your going to smoke a heater right before you come into the gym please wash the stank off you and maybe change your clothes.It already smells enough in there.
