    Ani,what ya got at the swanky Gymatorium today? Hitting up the trifecta this weekend? Getting swole ?

    Yes Rob, my mouth has recovered nicely from the pounding.

    I'm torn on whether to go to the gym this weekend. I jacked up my shoulder again. I powered through it all week but may need to let it rest some this weekend and some of next week. Its sapped all my strength when I doing chest on Thursday. I powered through it but fuck did it hurt. You killing the calfs this weekend RR or weekend off to grow?

    And Rob my gym does have one of those massive dudes with pencil thin legs. He is part of the 3:30am club there every morning. In almost 2 months of going at that time I have never seen him work out his legs once. Dudes got to be 240lbs with legs maller than mine and I am 190. We also have one of those aerobic instructor type dudes. I look over sometimes and see him dangling from the pull up bars upside down doing situps or dancing while on the stair climbing machine. I'm sure he is fruity so I could pass along your info if you want to him? I can try and set you up on a date.

    My knees are shot. I need to have the ACL replaced in the one again and have arthritis in both. If I can power through leg day no one has an excuse. Some dudes just hate leg day to the point to where they never do it. Chicken legs are earned by that set. This could be him:

    Ani,hoping for some growth tonight my man!!!!
    No rest this weekend.Took a couple of rest days during the week.Got Shoulders/Traps today
    Quads/Glutes and calves tomorrow and went bis/abs last night.

    No,my wife and girls always share horror stories and updates.Dont get me wrong RK,ours smell like ass and have piss on everything.But usually our line if we have one is shorter and somehow with the majority of stops as stand ups it stays cleaner.
