    Here's the scenario....

    You get ready for the gym, pack your bag etc etc...

    leave to gym...

    Pick your training partner up on the way...

    walk into the front door of gym...

    Stop and turn to said training partner and say screw this !!...

    training partner agrees, and you both turn around and walk out...

    And if there happens to be a bar across the street, you walk in to eat hot wings and drink beer.

    has this ever happened to anyone ?

    four day split:

    Monday/Wednesday: biceps

    Tuesday/Thursday: hot wings and beer

    I would have figured you'd do Monday/Thursday: hot wings and beer and Tuesday/Wednesday: gym.

    Rob,the silver sneakers senior group exercise class starts at 8 am in the Pilates and dance room.Please have your dreads tied back.Todays workout of the day will be "touching our toes" while standing and a set of depends squats,followed by a short nap and a snack
