This deprives the state and fed of tax dollars from employment tax, ssn, etc. The business community has an interest in keeping this going since they pay less than the market truly demands. I'm not sure why the Trump voter isn't outside corp farms in CA, AZ, TX, etc. protesting their illegal employment practices.
