A few (if not more) years working in a maximum security state prison where you are not permitted to carry a gun would teach pending officers how to speak to and work with non-whites while learning how to de-escalate situations without a gun. 750 black, white and Latino convicts on your block your first day and they just hand you the keys and say good luck...,,you’ll learn fast and yes you get training and yes you have to have a degree

I agree. And sharing a narrative that cops targeted him because of an air freshener takes away from the story. The tweets the first day were already saying he was shot over an air freshener. A false story or narrative takes away from the real problems. I think its stupid to post a picture of a white dude with an air freshener and ask why he wasn't pulled over too when we know that was not the case.
