Hi everyone!! Not much time.... must type quickly..... no time to read....hubby in shower... wants to fit in a hour or two of work before we're off 'up north'.... and then I won't be able to get to a PC until monday morning :eek: Withdrawal symptoms or what!!!!!!

PS - I need to be on the ferry too... just in case

1 teaspoon sugar (preferably superfine)
Squeeze of lime juice
Cinnamon stick
Boiling water
Stir all ingredients, adding enough boiling water to fill mug or glass.


i've always used it as a scottish word for spitting ... so there you go!!!
