    I need a t shirt!

While last night was a disgrace the likes of this country hasn't seen, I honestly woke up feeling better about the election than I have in a long long time.  Sure, that insanity played well to his base, but two things.  1. No rational person watched that and was like yeah, that's the guy I want leading us. 2. Trump is completely desperate.  You don't act like that unless you're desperate.
  • I think he has been able to walk out or have someone thrown out....or been the only one with a hot mic for the past three years.  It is how he is used to acting.
I didn't watch the last 30 mins but have it on DVR and will at some point.
I don't feel much different about it today than any other day.  Donny is a nutter.  He's fucking crazy but he doesn't care about being right, he cares that some people think he is right.
Joe is far and away the better choice but he is just too old.  Kamala would have been better.  Pete would have been better.  Corey would have been better.  Pretty much anyone younger than 60 would have been better

Not sure how anyone could stomach taking part in this sort of event with Trump.  He is such a frigging jerk it is almost unbelievable.

    Yep.
We have a minimum age to be elected President, and we should have a maximum age as well. Last night only reinforced that point.
Would have loved to see someone intelligent like Pete Buttigieg on stage debating rather than that nonsense. You'd think most people would want a smart person in charge of the country, unfortunately not the case anymore.
    This weekend we rock Portland

Yeah all I know is one person is a decent, good human and the other isn’t. It’s that easy and that was on full display
  • Agree, Cliffy.
Also agree we should have a max age.

I agree with all this. The bottom line is Trump is trailing by decent chunk right now. He was the one who needed to expand his support. No chance of that happening after last night. Biden wins by default. All the instant poling last night showed that.

I would be surprised if Biden's lead did not expand moving forward and I have slightly more confidence that the election might not be as close as we fear.

It's funny that as soon as you type, "bad things ha" in Google the "Bad Things Happen in Philadelphia t shirts" finishes the sentence.

Chris Wallace as much as he pretends to be a normal human is just terrible. Did a terrible job moderating. Going forward all debates should have a mute button for their mics. I look forward to the "both sides" hot takes when there was only one person with the strategy of interrupt and talk over as much as possible. It's just astonishing how The Dancing Bear analogy is just perfect for this dipshit. You have a normal human on one side, and the dancing bear on the other. No matter what the Normal Human does people will be like, "But look! It's a bear! And he dances!" The normalization of this guy, and even more so the R Party, is just astonishing to me.

Also - if someone hasn't decided who they're voting for by now then I'd say they had a fucking lobotomy,
