We need some of that Bloomberg money here as well.
I don't know, man, I feel like money isn't the problem right now - people have donated $100M to ActBlue groups since Friday. What's needed are boots on the ground, knocking on doors, calling, texting, mailing, yada.

I love the way you support the interaction/education of the people.

I'm right there with you, man (overall we're fucking doomed as a society because we're in general an inherently terrible people), but it's the only way. I've gone through enough hoops on this stuff and am convinced of it. Basically, the only way to redeem people from being pieces of shit is by connecting with them on some level. Hell, it's the reason we are where we are right now at this moment. The more you let people live in silos and garner whatever bullshit they want in their heads from some nonsensical Facebook post, or cable news, the worse off things will always get. Have the hard conversations with people you know - those shitty in-laws? Neighbors? Challenge them on their bullshit, ask them why they believe what they believe. It doesn't have to be an argument or a fight. And more than anything I'm not trying to change minds of the absolutely insane here, either - I'm trying to pull more votes from people I know who lean my way (maybe they just are disconnected, or pretty simply just need a reminder) than who has a complete skull fuck nightmare of a worldview from my own.
Personally, I live in a closed primary state. I'd love to smell the stink of my own shit and go around prancing as a nonpartisan/independently registered voter (hello, year 2000 18 year-old me, who was the fucking dumbass that voted for Nader). But the fact of the matter is I do not live in an open primary/rank choice voting state - those in power are decided in primaries (especially in Philly, which is a one-party town). Until those things change (and they won't without the support of at least one of the two major parties) this is the framework I/we have to work within. And at this point there's no fucking way the Repub's will ever get my vote back, especially on the federal level. The only R's to get my vote in the last 10 years are the City Commissioner and the mayoral candidate in 2015.
But money ain't the answer, human-to-human contact is - end of rant.
I think money is still a huge part of it. Flood the airwaves even more telling people how to vote early, how to vote by mail, cut off dates etc etc etc.
With so few people deciding the election, it certainly can't hurt!

Yeah you're right, I mean even boots on the ground costs money, too.
The biggest thing now is - and this is incredibly specific - re: mail-in ballots in PA. Before you mail that shit in the ballot HAS to be placed in the secrecy envelope that is provided, and then placed in the envelope with the postage. Otherwise that ballot is no good. As soon as you get your mail-in ballot fill it out, seal it up, and immediately return it - or better yet personally take it to your county's election official's office or drop box.
