What confuses me is why this was repressed fora 7 inch boxset. Its like a month since its original release. It sure looks like they planned this when each song had its own artwork. If it is properly sold out then its not really a cash grab because they cant have pressed enough to make much $. It looks like it should be sold on Black Friday although way too soon for a reissue. Maybe its the label recouping some losses from the first press or just a bid to sell more copies -i doubt they are shifting as many LB vinyl as they would like because of the problem pressing.

10c never said it was exclusive to 10c, did they? They just said that it's available to members only from the 10c store.

Anyway, doesn't seem like much of a mystery here. 10c has had sudden sales of limited shit tons of times. This is nothing new, so I doubt it has anything to do with recouping losses or anything else. They just felt like doing it, so did it. Maybe the artist even suggested it, since he did separate artwork for each song. Or maybe someone in the band or at 10c saw the artwork for each song and had the idea for making singles for every song. Either way, I bet the separate artwork came before the idea for this item. Just a guess, obviously.

These will probably also be available at that Seattle pop-up store btw.

I seriously doubt people are going to use this item to listen to the album in full, lol. But if they have just five or ten minutes and want to throw on a couple LB songs, or they are stuck on just one song and want to play it five times in a row, or want someone to hear this one song, or want to compare this song to that song back to back, or whatever, this set is perfect for doing just that. Is the purpose of singles really that much of a puzzler to people?? I really don't understand why this concept suddenly seems so foreign to so many people.

I ordered this when all Amazon had was a title and a price before anyone knew what this was. Id be surprised if any other daft person did so hopefully amazon deliver on a first come first served basis.

This happens with Amazon all the time. Things that are not really available get listed because all they need is a product code and release date, factual or not. Just a few weeks ago they listed Courtney Love's memoir on their site with a description and release date and a day later it was taken down after they found out all that information was premature and incorrect.

Not saying this is a 10C exclusive, but I'd be weary of anything like this being fulfilled on Amazon.
