I got my replacement copy today, sounds good:) took about a week from the email saying it shipped.

Damn. I hope there's not a limited number of replacements. Really worried if my original ever arrives and it's damaged that I'll be stuck with it.

Received my replacement vinyl a few days ago and then two days ago received another copy !

considering that i was also gifted a vinyl from the volcom pop-up store, I am now sitting on (literally and figuratively) 4 copies of lightning bolt two of which have issues.

I still have an extra vinyl (only comes with the sleeve) that i will be happy to give someone if they don't get a replacement vinyl

P.S. i mailed UMG regarding the xtra vinyl and was told to keep it :fp:

I ordered mine and Tenclub sent me this. Still haven't even received my first copy and I live in Florida. Anyone else get an email like this?

No wonder their album was top on charts

I sent the given email address a message with the obvious circumstances, my name and address over two weeks ago, and I've yet to receive a replacement nor a response.

What a complete a disaster.

I sent "shipping@tenclub" an email, since, we are on day 19 of waiting and I haven't received my original copy yet here in Canada... Ya know, your International Friendly neighbor to the north, not even separated by water............

Got my replacement today.

Skips? Gone
Pops? Gone
Static/Crackle? NOT Gone - Not terribly noticeable on the louder songs, very audible on the quiet songs.

I cleaned the record first, used gruv glide removing static, it still sounds static-y though.

I would have complained if this was the quality of first copy I received, though I probably would not have demanded a replacement. :?
Oh well, still much much better than the original.

:fp: If I can hear static on the replacements, I'm going to ask for a full refund.

Got my replacement today. Looks and sounds great. It's a shame that this is how all of this has went, but at least I'm finally a happy customer. Let's learn something from this, okay Pearl Jam?

got my replacement vinyl today, then later received another email stating they were going to send out my replacement, so maybe I will get three as well. How does this company stay in business?

Got my replacement today, have not played it yet. I did not get a sleeve replacement, which sucks.
