I'd say if there is any point you are listening and you are conscious of the pops, then it is hindering your listening experience. Basically, if you're thinking about it, then the purpose of the record has been compromised. And by the way, you dont have to return it...just email with proof of purchase.

Well once you sign up it tells you any UPS delivery you have coming. It sends you an email the day before you recieve it.[/quote]

No one really knows yet. I followed up after not hearing anything and then they responded saying a replacement was on it's way. I do feel like they're sending them out without necessarily responding though.

I sent my initial e-mail on 10/23 and received a response on 10/24 asking for my shipping address and letting me know they would keep me updated. I haven't received anything or a confirmation that they've shipped a replacement yet, and don't see anything on My UPS. Sent another e-mail asking for an update.

sent them my address on the 25th of October and didn't get any replies from email. today, UPs man rings my doorbell with the record. he just sat it by the door but we were home so got it right away. i'm going to spin it soon to see how it works.

I emailed them on Wed the 23rd, the first day, and on the 27th and have not heard back from them at all. I'm starting to get pissed and hope the replacement arrives soon, or at least hear back from them.

As soon as I posted this I get an email saying not all vinyl is damaged and to send pictures. This is a fucking joke! It seems to me that almost ALL the first pressings were fucked up like mine, and I just hope the pictures do it justice.

Emailed them yesterday morning, just got a reply. Mine was bought at a record store and they didn't ask for any proof of purchase or photos but my replacement will be sent early next week. Sounds

Got my replacement today. I'm not sure if they confirmed my purchase with 10c or not but I only gave them my address with the initial request.

It came in a plain black sleeve
