The Cubs are the most profitable team in baseball...so I'm fucking tired of their excuses how they need more money...no, what they need is better coaches, management and players and they obviously have the money to get better talent all the way around if they are the most profitable team in the league. They don't need a fucking jumbotron or to deface the historic scoreboard with some bullshit advertising.

Yeah, I watch games now and Wrigley is maybe 60-70% sold out. Back in the day I used to think "Gee, if people would stop going, maybe it'll force them to actually try to put a good team on the field!"
Instead, they sell out the park to those very things the fans don't want....and we still have a shitty team! :fp:0 -

http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2013 ... dia-rightsExactly. Also if you want to charge top price for tickets put out a top fucking team, not a bunch of minor leaguers. At least I'll be going to the one good thing playing at Wrigley this year!
