    absolutely.

and being black on a saturday night is no cause to be shot.

i think to get a conviction it is going to take a sympathetic jury to acknowledge and consider what you just said CTT.

i can't wait to see what comes out at trial. the more i learn about this zimmerman clown the more of a loose cannon he is in my eyes.

If he gets off it's because of stand your ground. How law makers didn't see this possibility is shameful. Maybe they did and didn't give a damn.

it's called a pattern and any wrong doing in his past is or could have led to actions (his dicissions) and his actions in his criminal activitys so really think about that one a little bit....jeffry dohmer was killed by another inmate for what he did(no biggie to me as I think he had it coming) point is dumb decissions in life can end in a bad way and that goes for both T and Z, people need to stop being so nieve thinking just because Trayvon was only 17 years old that he was innocent of any wrong doing and stop making judgement without all the facts...half the facts leed to half-assed judgments.

At the same time you're assuming he has some bad stuff in his past for some reason. A few twitter comments and some traces of weed are his known mistakes. What makes you think there is more?

On the other hand Zimmerman has a history of arrests, violence and racist comments. Why are you convinced these two aren't what they seem from what we know already?

nope...I'm saying what little bit we have heard on the news(fact or fiction) is not enough for any of us to make a fair judgment on either side, this story was a media circus right from the start so really how can we really know whats what with T or Z or even what the police report truely says.

The media had nothing to do with writing the police report. The media is actually to thank for making sure Zimmerman has his day in court.

every state attorneys office is against this law ... from the beginning to now ... the only reason its an issue is because of the media coverage ...

Seems pretty likely that the seller American. It doesn't say so... but it's the most likely scenario. However, I don't see what that has to do with the concept of the American dream. People do stupid, inappropriate shit for money all over the world - it's not just restricted to America.

In the definition of the American Dream by James Truslow Adams in 1931, "life should be better and richer and fuller for everyone, with opportunity for each according to ability or achievement" regardless of social class or circumstances of birth.

    ....

You've been claiming this doesn't exist anymore for years. :nono:

I agree because the behavior fits a profile of an American.

But, one part of this whole murder case is how we have all rushed to judgement based on our own individual stereotypes using unreliable information and poorly checked "reporting".

Well, yeah, that... but also because there isn't actually all that much interest in the case outside of the US. It just seems to me that it would be an American who would be worked up enough about the case to do something like that - I mean, there is a pretty clear message behind the item. Just seems most like that only an American would feel passionate enough to come up with such an abomination. Well, whoever it was from wherever it was, I hope Trayvon's family manages to sue them for everything they're worth.... Them being in America would make that a LOT easier! haha!

That's such a classless, disgusting thing to sell/buy. I'm pretty sure that nobody buying that would have the guts to actually carry that into a range and shoot at it in front of other people. It'll hang on the wall of some piece of trash's bedroom by his 50 boxes of cold medicine so he can point it out to his friends and say something witty like, "Dude, check it out! Hahahahaha!"

for those of you who did not read the link on the last page, here is a pic of the trayvon martin target that is being sold. it is disgusting....shocked the manufacturer is not defending this by saying "it's not trayvon.....it's the unabomber...yeah, the unabomber..."

    7179002620_00a8343185.jpg

but then again, in the target's right hand there are skittles and tea, so how can it NOT be trayvon??

Again, this doesn't change the facts of the case.

I still say if it was the other way around Trayvon would have been arrested much sooner.
