I think it's more likely Bill will go to Dallas. If they lose this weekend, I can see them canning McCarthy. He probably wants a team that's close to winning...that is not the Giants.
No way he could deal w Jones and his medaling.
    Yes way
    https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/a-jerry-jones-bill-belichick-partnership-isnt-as-crazy-as-it-sounds
I don't give a shit what that person thinks, no way Bellichck would put up w him.  No damn way.  Jones can't help himself in thinking he's smarter than everyone else.

I'll eat a damn shoe if this ever happens.
I would be inclined to agree with you, but he wasn't so meddlesome that Parcells couldn't put up with him for a few years... that makes me think twice.
Eagles beat writer I follow who knows his shit was talking about how much reverence he knows Belichick has for Jones too. I'd say they'd be frontrunners, actually, if they lose tomorrow.

I’m not shocked at all that CJ and the boys beat the Browns but I was surprised at the margin. Duh.

Well now we're all remembering why Joe Flacco lost the Ravens gig.  That's the full experience right there, all of the bad decisions.

Browns defense was awful, after being so good in regular season.  I wonder what went wrong?  No pressure and just got whacked.
The Flacco picks were, for sure, a reminder as why he was on the couch.  He gave away any chance at a comeback with trying to force plays.
No defense against Houston is going to equal big losses, I think.  CJ Stroud is so impressive.  Has to already be the best Ohio State qb ever in the NFL, after one season and one playoff game.
Kid goes through the progressions like an old pro and can spin it.  I thought on the deep ball that he did miss it was actually the WR slowing down before we the pass that was the issue, not Stroud's toss.
    Really something to see!

I threw a little $ on them at +4.5 when they were down 10 halfway through the 3rd....literally a minute later the first pick 6 happens. And then the floodgates open as wide as the eye could see. Never lost a bet so quickly in my life. lol. Rough one!

The Houston-Cleveland game proved the better QB generally wins in the postseason.  Flacco was a nice story, but midnight struck for him pretty early.

Anyone wondering how Jordan Love will turn out 15 years from now? I mean in the Favre/Rodgers tarnishing their legacies way?

The Browns were playing with two backup safeties,  and no Anthony Walker at MLB. It's been that way for a few weeks but the other qbs were not able to exploit that.  CJ did.

28% of the opening day roster was on IR. You are going to get beat at some point

not gonna lie the browns getting destroyed by the Texans was really surprising. Stroud looked like the veteran as opposed to Flacco.
