I am happy everybody in the Tenclub is able to get the early entrance.. but somehow this doesn't seem right that those who did get through now have to pay more..
think of it this way... you didn't have to spend 3 hours of frustration sitting at the computer (think 'Angry German Kid Tries To Buy Pearl Jam Tickets') getting tickets in your basket, having them removed, getting them in again, getting told you couldn't buy them because you had too many in your basket when you didn't, and then staring at 'due to problems beyond our control' messages...
...and then over 24 hours of no information, no apologies, no updates...
...before getting the news that your 10c membership has got you no pre-sale and you'll have to try and buy through the general sale.
oh, and the news about the cancelled pre-sale probably came while you were in bed so you might then have missed the start of the general sale.
the stress and raised blood pressure has probably taken 5 years of alot of peoples' livesso i'd say paying a few Euro more for your tickets was worth it!
Oh yeah? Well, I've had about enough of morons and halfwits, dolts, dunces, dullards and dumbbells - and you chowderhead yokel, you blithering hayseed, you - you've had enough of me?0 -

"Fans spend 30 hours in concert presale: No tickets. No refund. No sorry."
I think a similar headline needs to be published somewhere.
+1.
I think this is an absolute outrage. This is really unacceptable, no heart for the fans whatsoever.Rotterdam (NL) - Jul 03, 2000 (cancelled) - Irvine (US) - Jun 02, 2003 / San Diego (US) - Jun 05, 2003 / Arnhem (NL) - Aug 29, 2006 / Antwerp (BE)- Aug 30, 2006 / Paris (FR)- Sep 11, 2006 / Pistoia (IT) - Sep 20, 2006 / London (UK) - Jun 18, 2007 / Nijmegen (NL) - Jun 28, 2007 / Rotterdam (NL) - Aug 13, 2009 / Berlin (DE)- Aug 15, 2009 - June 22, 2010 / Dublin (IR) - July 4, 2010 / Rock Werchter (BE)0 -
So is the sale time for Amsterdam still 9am GMT on Saturday??? That what it was and now it says it's 10am CET. Is this the same thing???"Bring it back, to the clean form. To the pure form"

Thats correct!
Ten Club owners seem to be taking the stance that they are the victims in all this...sorry but, no you aren't!Nature drunk and High0 -
If the band would play real tours and not 6 dates all these problems with getting tickets would be less. The whole of europe going to Stockholm and shit."Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"0

Hey man, Pearl Jam is all about the music, man. And the fans, man.
But those two things come in a far second place to the money.
Times change, people change, and so does the respect I once had for the band and this joke of a "fan" club.My Pearl Jam Photos

Solidarity innit! I got those tickets because of the members of ten club giving me info...despite the poor service of 10c. Most of the members here are wicked and don't deserve to be treated this way.Nature drunk and High0 -
Yeah. Calling it a "fan" club is wrong. More just the buiness side of the band. Taking care of limited items and VIP packages. Having a relationship with the fans or communicating is not a part of it."Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"0

However, I am curious to hear from those who did get tickets.
(I got in, waited in an online 'que' and had my tickets by about 7:20--I live in Istanbul, so I am GMT+2.
I had NO problem at all, once I finally could get into the Crowdsurge's system...one pair for Berlin)
SO, this isn't trying to rile anybody up, but for those who did get tix--are we all good?
BTW, I just looked at a few of the online outlets and tickets seem to be pretty easy to buy right now...
I am one of the apparently very few 10C members who actually got tickets. My wish as soon as the dates came out was to attend Amsterdam and Scandinavia. I got exactly what I wanted and it took me about two hours to get all the tickets.
I am nonetheless really offended by the "sabotage" excuse invented by 10C, I am questioning the solution they've come up with (10C tickets sale stopped and tickets given to public sale? what's the membership for, then?) I am truly sorry for those who didn't get tickets and I am sure that those who did got tickets will organise a spare sale/trade so at least some of those left out will be able to attend some of the shows.
I am wondering what are 10C doing with my annual membership money, with all our money. I am wondering if at this stage, after many failures in providing a service we all pay for, isn't it just better to give up the membership and buy tickets directly on public sale.
10C you've failed in the past and you're failing again. People here are getting very frustrated and you're going to lose a lot of members. Ultimately it's a damage to the band, and a fanclub should always be loyal to fans and the band. I hope Pearl Jam are aware of this and even if they are not directly involved with 10C do something about it and maybe partner with some other ticketing company in the future, one that can provide a serious service and not fail and lie on top of it like 10C.Verona '00 | Dublin '06 | Barcelona '06 | London '07 | Copenhagen '07 | Berlin '09 | Dublin '10 | Belfast '10 | Berlin '10 | Toronto1 '11 | Toronto2 '11 | Amsterdam1 '12 | Stockholm '12 | Oslo '12 | Copenhagen '12 | Brooklyn1 '13 | Brooklyn2 '13 | Amsterdam1 '14 | Amsterdam2 '14 | Vienna '14 | Berlin '140 -
What a happening tail pipe of a 'fan' club,
Blackout weaves its way through Europe!
Cannot believe how tenclub members have been treated, I'm livid about it, back to work tomorrow 7am til 830pm for 4 days...... Bang goes my chances of getting ANY tickets for this shitty little 'tour'. Thanks all involved! Any spares for Manchester or Amsterdam please PM me and I'll check when I get home from work. 3 days off wasted on stress!Reading England 2006, Manchester England 2009, London England 2010, Manchester 1 2012, EV London 1 20120 -

Got tickets for Manchester & Berlin in about an hour due to constant refreshing despite the page message saying not to do so as I was in a 'queue'!! That was fine till page went blank then you didn't know what to do...
Delighted I got tix first time but I'm actually embarressed for TenClub & their 'Sabotage' excuse!! Complete shambles from which I doubt TenClub will recover...'It's a sad and beautiful world' - Mark Linkous0 -
I called 10c up and in fairness, the girl who I spoke to sounded really upset about what had happened over the Crowdsurge issue. She had had a sleepless night/worked all night and really took on board my comments. I didn't like the email this morning though, didn't say sorry or offer anything as compensation, and things could have been communicated better from this side. But to erradicate anything like this happening again, Pearl Jam PLC need to offer:
* Staggered ticket sales for various dates
* Ticket sales more than two or three days before everyone else if this happens again
* Work with a trusted source, even if that's via its own site
In fairness, Pearl Jam PLC have got the money from sales which loyal 10clubbers have missed out on. I only renew my membership (seven years ongoing) on the off chance they tour. I have been lucky that I have seen them four times (three via pre-sales, and one via a fan who had a spare at Shepherd's Bush) although this Crowdsurge fiasco has been a very poor experience. I booked hotel in Manchester, thankfully it was only £30, and booked time off work. But despite the good service I do believe 10c offer, I think the higher management of the band have to take a long look at themselves over this. Please sort this in future or fans who have supported the band and 10c for a long time may say 'what's the point?'Rock on!!!!
Seen Pearl Jam 4 times in London, once in Manchester, as well as an Eddie show at Hammersmith.0 -
Despite getting no sleep in Australia, and actually having tix in my cart several times....I have missed out on European tickets. Extremely sad moment for me as I was expecting a trip of a lifetime. Such a shame that short notice was given on the resolution....which obviously did not work in my favour.
I get it that shit happens, but am not a big fan of the way this has been handled. As a result, I will be in Europe without Pearl Jam tix...bugger!
I guess this one was just outside of our control.....1995-Sydney, 1998-Sydney(x3), 2003-Sydney(x3), 2006-Sydney(x3), 2009-Seattle, Melbourne, Sydney, 2010-Berlin, 2011- Sydney(EVx2), Newcastle(EV)2012-Manchester, Amsterdam, Berlin(x2), London(EV), 2014-Berlin, Stockholm, Leuven, Milton Keynes, 2016-NYC0 -
