    Oh so it didn't say only 1 but then it enforced it. But then it didn't restrict a second order :wtf:. Some guy yesterday was able to put 15 in his cart lol.

    Obviously people posting here are only going to be buying extras for a close friend etc - but Santos and Ten Club probably have a different picture for them to pull such a U-turn. My guess is they looked at the orders and saw people with 30 or more of these suckers in their order history. They thought 'this is absolutely taking the piss', and decided to cancel all multiples. Sucks for the honest members, but if this is what they saw, maybe they did the right thing

    No, it was their mistake. They shouldn't be canceling anything.

    probably..i dont know.. i try to buy 2..couldnt..so when i saw that 15 in the card the other guy post i was confused..anyway..now whatever happened is over..its sold out.i hope alot are happy for it and score atleast one to have it in their collection :)

    Yes you are right. I've had a bad experience with Ten Club removing something from my order history with no prior correspondence before, and I felt they were quite rude to me when I phoned them up - I just concluded from this that they will do things their way, and if they feel they are in the right, then there is absolutely no negotiation.

    Dimi, I ordered 1 first with a t-shirt. I went back in and was able to check-out 2. I think maybe you couldn't add a second cause it was during the TOOS situation. I changed back my 2nd order back to 1, cause my other friend managed to secure one, so I just needed to hook up one person. You could put multiples in your cart if multiples were available... if the stock was low... you couldn't.

    i don't have a problem with them removing multiples...i DO have a problem with them saying it was ok for day 1 orders & THEN backtracking on THAT....that just seems wrong to me...and no, I didn't get any multiples...just the one

    Agreed, but as far as I can tell, this is all speculation at this point. I have seen no hard evidence of anyone's orders being canceled.

    Wanna see a screenshot of my 2nd order? The one where only the postage has been charged and the vinyl has been returned to stock? Also, someone (earlier in this thread) got an email saying all multiple orders were being cancelled.
