I don't think they care. Bottom line... they f**ked up. The restriction should have been in place from the begining if that's the way they wanted to go... you can't retroactively put a restriction in place at the end of a sale and screw people over.

yesterday when this was going on someone mentioned trying to buy multiples and my self and a few others said i wouldn't risk it ....watch them cancel those orders and people started doing it and mocking the system by putting as much in their cart as they could.

Well good for 10 Club for cancelling multiple orders!! I don't care if it was today or tomorrow or yesterday when they ordered them. You should have all seen this coming !!!!

Wether you were well intentioned with getting for a friend or planning to do the flip you tried buying more than 1 of something that was limited, that is alway 1 per member wether or not it said...you should have known it. So they canceled your order well GOOD!!!

I bet next time you will only order one for yourself and either call or text your friend to get on and order theirs. If your friend is a fan but not in the club oh well buy them a membership so they can get it themselves next time. This way more got in the hands of people that pay for memberships verses flippers or baiters or friends of fanclub members.

I agree it should have been stated from the start only one, but when you see copies on ebay before the sale has ended, it makes you shake your head.

I emailed and texted my friend... he was asleep... it was the middle of the night for him. I checked his collection list, knew he didn't have the white vinyl and went ahead and ordered it for him. End of story. If they'd cancelled multiples earlier in the day, he could have got himself one... they didn't... they said they'd honour them and now they're not. There was NO restriction in place last night other than you had to be a current member. End of.

I am not saying this wasn't for your friend or wether or not he was a 10 club member, I would say common sense should prevail that they were meant to be only 1 per member as everything else is on limited merchandise.

Wether or not it was good intentioned or not people tried to take advantage of it buy ordering more than one. So you tempted fate and you lost.

I would suggest you all join the pearl jam fb group because let me say the communication on there last night was amazing towards pointing people here to buying it...it worked better than phone calls and went around the world fast...glad to see the international fans get a crack at something at a good hour.
