Removing multiple white Backspacers?

So did they limit everyone to one white backspacer and remove any extras from cart? This is kinda of BS i bought two one for me and one for another member who was at work and now in my order history one has been removed? There was no limit listed when purchased, i can see if you bought 5 or 10 but 2 cmon people. And they still charged me for shipping on the second?

    As per Santos: Everyone who ordered yesterday will have their orders honored. Only today it was limited to 1 per member.

    Well i ordered yesterday within half an hour and still had one removed?

    I ordered 2 as well (for my friend. No flipping, I swear) and now my order has been removed. i got the answer "There was a limit of 1, so your order was voided." Hope I will be allowed to have at least one copy.

    I just checked... exact same thing happened for me... I bought one for myself and one for a friend yesterday, so he didn't bother getting on today when more were put up and now I just have the 2nd order as $7.50 shipping... WTF!? Now they're gone and my friend has been screwed over even though SLH said yesterday's orders would be honoured!?

    It happened to me too. Me and my friends who are also members ordered together on my account to save on shipping since we are in Canada and it said nothing about a limit. Today it said yesterdays orders would be honored and now its been adjusted to one.

    Just looked and saw the same thing. I hope this is a mistake. I have NEVER been pissed off about the 10C, but buying ONE extra when it was allowed, would in fact, piss me off. I got a buddy who wanted one, so I went back and grabbed it for him.

    I think this was just an error and it will be fixed. As the shipping charge still shows up.

    They shouldn't changed the rules after we placed our orders. When i ordered 2 vinyls there was no limit. I just wanted to reduce shipping costs god damn it :o .
    From now on each item should be limited 1 per member to avoid flipping.

    I even have the confirmation email from yesterday to prove the order was made yesterday. I'm gonna be really pissed if some people get multiples and others get cancelled.

    I just emailed them about this... not cool at all. And completely understandable to buddy up with friends, especially giving the shipping costs to Canada etc... even moreso when there were no restrictions. You can't change the rules after something is sold-out and screw people over.

    Isn't this illegal? I bought two yesterday. Sent one to a dear friend across the country and one for me. My husband now is giving mine for face to another forum member since they missed both sale chances and now they are cancelling orders after SLH already said today that those who ordered yesterday were ok? Additionally, no where on the for sale description did it say limit of 1 per member etc. This is not good business and would put me and my husband in a very uncomfortable position and all we were doing is helping others

    Oh dear, this isn't good especially since Santos even clarified that multiple orders from yesterday would be honoured. Yikes!

    Yeah, its pretty crappy. Like i said i can see if someone was buying 10 or 15 but 2? If it was stated at the beginning 1 per household thats a different story but cmon peoples, if you made a mistake not stating that at the beginning own up to it and honour your commitments.

    Yeah, not cool. I ordered two when no limit was posted. My entire order is now gone. Please fix 10C.

    At least change the order to one. Cancelling entirely is not right!
