Since the Alpine on-sale began, we have sold a little over 17,000 tickets (a mix of lawn and reserves for September 3/4) via the Ten Club. More than half of the sales took place today. We have now officially sold out of all of those tickets, travel packages and expo packages.

We know it was a rough ride for everyone this time around. "Sorry" feels a little light given the amount of time you all spent waiting out our ticketing system, but we are. Deeply.

Clearly, the new system is broken and slow. However, we need to get through the Canada on-sale tomorrow. Once we get through that, we will IMMEDIATELY begin building a new, state-of-the-art system to avoid ever putting you through the pain-in-the-ass-ness of yesterday.

You know what, nobody could have predicated that craziness. Yes things break but you worked around the clock basically to make it right for us and today it was zooming when I got my tickets. Nothing is fool proof and things are bound to happen. I think this adventure is going to make a great story in the yearbook

After they fix this problem, maybe they could get to work and fix my issue, Never recieved my Live on Ten Legs CD and LP plus other stuff and after a month and three emails about the refund still waiting . I am sorry, but this is no way to treat your customers and fans.

Despite all the unhappy folk here (and chances are I may be one of them tomorrow) you guys deserve some rest. I know I'd be pretty stressed about it if the roles were reversed, but ultimately a week from now all anyone will be talking about is how excited they are to see them soon (whether at PJ20 or another venue). Just remember that when it gets tough.
