    So excited there is a show in Minneapolis! It is somewhat close to Thunder Bay! Now I just need to get the tickets and find someone to go with!

    This makes me exceedingly happy. Shows in the NW, no work or other obligations in mid-July, not even a work obligation on Tuesday afternoon to obstruct my ticket-getting mission. It's meant to be!

    Yeah, the part of the announcement regarding "left over tickets" made me laugh out loud. There won't be any left overs 10 minutes after each show goes on sale

    I'm thinking each show will sell out in less than 5 minutes.

    This thread sure is a lot of bitching & moaning. We have it good in Philly, primarily because every show sells out and the area is rabid with PJ fans. Even Tres Mtns got a decent crowd. But back in the 90s we couldn't buy a Pearl Jam show - we went, I think, about 6 years, and I was too poor to ever get tixx. So, I guess things go around & come around.
    Agreed neighbor!! Good luck getting tix-my stomach is hurting just thinking about it.

    Considered trying for tickets for a few shows but without the guarantee I think I'll pass. I'd have to get at least 3 consecutive shows to make the trip worthwhile for what it would cost me from here. I'll leave you guys to fight over them instead. Also I think the continued neglect for the South is nothing short of shameful. There's a lot of 10c members and many of them great, loyal people who come on here and pay for all the merch, releases, etc and keep memberships up to date but for what? Not even one show!! If the next PJ tour doesn't include at least a few shows in the South it would seem safe to assume that there's no intention to return there. I know there's no obligation for them or Ed to visit but being from a country that has seen two shows (1992 & 2000) in total I know how these guys feel to get neglected time and time again. Keeping up hopes for Ed or PJ in 2012 and PJ20 is a near cert for me! Enjoy the shows in June to all those fortunate enough to attend. Our time will come.... ;)

    I'm hoping to go to the Philly show but am going to pass on the pre-sale since I only need 1 ticket. I really wish we could get singles through 10c but I usually do pretty good with the public sale when only getting 1 ticket.

    Good luck to you all trying through the pre-sale - I'll stay off that day for you!

    There was a time, when I was much younger and wasn't a mother, that this decision would be simple. I would buy the tickets to see EV in Detroit and bust my ass to save money for the PJ experience this summer. Times are not so simple and I don't know what to do....It will be much easier to get to Detroit and I have not yet had the chance to catch Eddie's solo tour(s). But I want to be a part of PJ history this summer for the orgasmic weekend of PJ overload...why must they keep us waiting for the real announcement? I don't know what to do..............................................................................except hopefully win the lottery tonight. Then I will most definitely be at both.

    I don't understand it. Saw some amazing shows while I lived in Fla (ft lauderdale, coral sky) that rank highly w most if the shows I've seen in the NE. What changed? Fla misses you Ed, please come back, please...

    With all this complaining I will say the same thing I told my sister today.

    This is a Pearl Jam fan club. Not Ed, Jeff, Mike Or fucking Stone fan club. Be thankful we have an attempt to buy tix To "side projects" at the Pearl jam fan club. I'm also about 70% sure there will be a west coast we this is said and done.... As for south sorry but what are ya going to do?

    my best friend lives in kelowna bc, and my uncle lives in vancouver. so i'll visit with them and go see eddie.

    i just need my friend to get work off so he can go with me and make this a sure thing.

    Last year I flew from Florida up to Hartford to see PJ...my hometown so it was really cool to see a show up there with friends. I can't do it this time though...plane tickets are crazy and I would like to try to use that money for this PJ20 weekend bash. I was really upset there were no south dates for this tour,seems like the same cities over and over again but I got over it...just saving me money in the end.
