Cleveland 03. I've heard a lot about it so I thought I would give it a spin. Only a few songs in, but the opening 4 songs (can't keep, corduroy, grievance, save you) works really well.

Worcester 1.
I just finished first CD. It doesn't sound as good as the first 2 shows. Eddie's voice is somehow weaker and the band sounds sloppier. So far, my ranking is Buffalo>Pittsburgh and Worcester 1 way behind.
I'm kind of surprised because Boston boots always delivered before.

Very short set here, just 23 songs. Nonetheless there is some good stuff here - the opening 5 song salvo including I Am Mine, Whipping and Blood. During Daughter, Ed tags in Song X, Androgynous Mind and Another Brick In The Wall. Having only featured in 1 show on the US tour, Ghost is played again.
The band opens the encore with a full version of People Have The Power, Ed follows this with an improv about the girl called Rachel who has just been onstage with them. All Or None is played for the first time on this leg of the tour and the show ends with Alive and Baba O'Riley. Short but sweet set but some good highlights.

athens greece.....man I wish they would play marker in the sand more often. kick ass song!!!
This was actually a great show. I was there. But I remember the boot quickly being bashed due to a screaming girl in the audience. She ruins one, maybe two songs on the boot, yes, but it still is a great show! And Marker does indeed kick ass. My girlfriends favourite PJ song, by the way!

Long Road opens here followed by Rearviewmirror. Animal, Save You and Get Right (2nd performance on this leg) keep up the tempo. I Am Mine provides a brief lull. Corduroy/Present Tense/In Hiding/Even Flow is a good segment and so far this has all the hallmarks of an excellent show. After I Am A Patriot, Ed asks the crowd "you ok?" before the band launches into Blood. Not For You is excellent and they add in the outro from the studio version which is always good. Better Man and Porch close the main set.
The first encore opens with an acoustic Last Kiss and Thumbing My Way. For the majority of Crazy Mary, it sounds fairly acoustic too before you finally hear Mike ripping up the solos with Boom. It makes for a good version. Ed then says "we're gonna play the rarities" to which Down follows. On Evolution, this is messed up towards the end both Ed and the guys losing their way but they crowd takes over for the vocals. An excellent Daughter tagged with WMA and then Alive close the encore.
The infamous second encore is next with Bu$hleaguer. This is a song I love and hearing the crowd booing during and at the end of the song is something. You can actually hear the reaction alot more on the boot than on the PJ20 soundtrack. Ed handles the crowd quite well I thought after the end of the song and Know Your Rights to follow is a perfect choice. Rockin' In The Free World is another good choice, Ed getting his point across really. As RIFTW comes to close though Ed starts chanting "USA, USA" quite antagonistically I thought.
Overall though, this is a great boot.

It's all good, a little looser than I remember it, but the stuff off the Bolt is on point.
