Yeah. Still loving the show. 9 games from the all star game and no sign of slowing down. Pretty much a game a day. They claim you will be able to carry your franchises over to new releases

For PS4 owners, are there any bugs with the system? Trying to decide if I should pick one up now or wait a few months. Kind of hoping for an assassins creed or uncharted ps4 package
I guess my only gripe is that the DS4 controller battery life isn't nearly as "lasting" as the PS3's. That said, despite the battery life...the controller is waaaay better than the PS3s.
With that said though, the power port is the same as most small electronics (at least mine). Kindles, androids, samsung phones, etc. So its no problem to keep at least one charged.
I loooove the headphone output in the controller as well.
I hadn't used the headphone jack on the controller until recently. The girl wanted to go to bed and I wanted to play a game...and I HATE having to keep it quiet while I play. That controller headphone jack is really fn handy! Something so simple, but man does it work great! I get to blast my games and not hear her bitching about the volume from the other room! hahahahahaha!
Oh for you next-gen NHL15 fans, there is reportedly a lot of features missing.

Looks interesting for sure. I usually shy away from onliney type games... I hate Call of Duty because it is just stupid impossible and frankly, a bit boring. I take 2 steps and someone hits me with a head shot. I finally sneak up on someone and shoot them a few times in the body and they turn and shoot me in the head. I cant play enough really to make it fun...
But this, with the RPG elements and the fact that it isnt just a closed-world battle royal with a bunch of teens who have nothing to do but play video games seems like it has a lot of potential.
I thought I read the reason they gave was that they dont feel the game would do itself justice for the reviewers before full rollout and many people are online.
Bungie's servers don't go online until today. They are warning not to take stock in day 1 reviews. Looks we are now heading towards a more PC-like release in which the developers take months to finish the game after the release date.
Bummer that EA is putting out a stripped down version of NHL 15 for next gen. I had hope since they actually did a good job on Madden.
I think they're planning on adding features to NHL over time post-launch, but I don't know which or how many.
Cant you update the rosters at any point with an update cycle from Sony? (When I got NHL 14 it was after Killer Gaborik was traded to Los Kings and with my initial update I turned on to find him on the team. If they keep updating like that and you said they dont change much why get the new one?)

Thinking of this "Destiny" thing instead.
What is it? Like a sci fi Online RPG type of thing?

If you go to www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Destiny, you can watch gameplay before buying now. Depending on the gamer broadcaster, it may be NSFW.

That said, I'm not feeling it at all.

PS4 needs ps plus,
XBox One and 360 need XBox Gold
PS3 needs nothing
No season mode, so you cant play OHL, AHL, etc seasons.
GM mode is auto-draft. Stupid.
Cant play your affiliate in GM mode. Players in minors dont accumulate stats. Stupid.
Pretty much zero customization.
It has all the indications it is a rigid, bare bones 1st release for a new console. Saw them with 360/ps3.
Just going to wait until it is either $20 and they add missing stuff or wait until next year when they figure it out.
