Word, dying for a steak. Tomorrow would be perfect but fucking easter.

How long for the salmon? Get the skin crispy?

3 minutes per side - if you get white fish fillets, 3 to a pound. Works for me.

That timing works perfectly for me in the kitchen, grill depends on the temperature

seems like with fish, a little lower temp helps. with a steak it's always a hot hot grill.

Yep, low temps for fish and chicken. High for steak. Guess depends on how you like your steak though. Well done keep the temp around medium. I like medium rare so I keep it high.

I always shovel a path to my grill in the winter. Cant wait for summer. :D

Gonna break out some brats next week. ;)

Cooking chicken blows. has to have a bone to make it worthwhile. I have a really tough time getting a crispy skin on fish at a low temp.

Youre right, not low actually but maybe a medium temp. Just not high, in my experience anyway. Really only grilled salmon a few times. Flattening chicken breasts helps a lot so it cooks evenly.

If you grill chicken wings, oil the grates and grill them on low with skin up when they are done, usually about 20-30 minutes, flip them and turn up the heat to crisp the skin. Keep an eye on it though cause it will flare up from all the fat in the skin dripping.

Had chuck eye cuts. Marinated for a long time. Teriyaki and dr pepper. Worked well and were very tender.

Think I may have to hit up my old employer to buy a whole tenderloin!! 7.99 top 9.99lb . now I guess we need to get a chest deep freezer.

We happen to have this meat market , italian grocery in fact , here in town. Always great deals.

Todays, among others, were a couple NY Strips. Each 1 1/2 inches thick. Decently marbled.

well now. That was good. Should have used some more charcoal, more rare than I like but good just the same. Timed it right.
