Yes. I fired up the gas grill for the first time in 2011 tonight.
Cherry tomatoes, red onion and mushrooms-charred and dressed with olive oil, balsamic and sea salt.
TENDERLOIN. Sliced thin on skewers for the kids-teriyaki style. Sliced thick with a Japanese garnish-soy-sake-yuzu butter for the adults. I know, not the most flavorful cut, but man, oh so tender and nice.
And a nice bottle of Jordan cabernet (a la Eddie) to accompany the steak.
Desert? Nah. Cant eat sweets after that fat fest maybe some prunes
Grilled some nice, thick ribeyes last Wednesday for the first time grilling since last summer. Man, I had missed using my grill. Nice to be able to get back to grilling out!!!
