Spain definitely played the better overall game. That doesn't always work though, ask England. :D

I think they should try to play Fabregas next game.

Spain! What have you done? You were my choice.

That said well done the Swiss for winning but hope they don't go too far.

Guess you won't have to worry about that ;) Anyway, at least one victory for our team - we take what we can get!

Make the most of it while you can. It was a good defensive display and will be interesting to see how you get on against Chile. I thought they looked pretty good.

me to hitchy... going to watch second half in the pub at lunchtime so i am. is it morally ok to sit with a soda water and lime for 50 minutes?
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I'm going ot have to do the same thing tomorrow for the USA match. I am taking an early lunch to watch the second half. Don't think my boss would appreciate me showing back up wasted for the second part of the day :(

2 - 0. Bloody vuvuzelas, really take a lot away from watching this. Can't hear the roar ofthe crowd for the scores. Everytime i think it's offside or something.
Anyway, Argentina are coasting now. Good stuff. Expected better from Korea though.

Great end to the half. Awful mistake in the Argentinian defence. Should be a good 2nd half.
