you mean Anthony Rizzo, Chris Volstad, Andy Sonnanstine, Paul Maholm, Travis Wood, Ian Stewart and David DeJesus don't have you chomping at the bit at opening day?

Rizzo does, but not really this year. Maybe in 2013... he's only 21.

Ian Stewart.... i have a feeling he's going to be solid for us. I like this pick up.

Certainly though... we don't have enough to be contenders. Who's on first again?
    Ian Stewart???

The guy who hit .156 last year???
The guy with a career .236 batting average????

That guy is going to be solid????

and his career strike out rate....31.8%

    is he really starting?

People will be giving away tickets by mid may...I made a vow not to buy any tickets until they win a playoff game after they got swept by Arizona.

    Anyone have a snickers bar?????

last year, it seemed attendance started off slow. there were some articles in teh paper about all the empty bleacher seats, but by mid season they were full again.
