if the reunion of SG happens it'll be one of two things ..
A.) when pj isn't touring
B.) WITH pj and matt plays both
ed, matt himself, and other members have clarified matt is officially in the band to stay no matter what ... for good. he is never leaving.
Yes, thisThank you fellow 10 clubber for saving my ass....again!!!0 -
If pj brings a replacement drummer I hope it is Dave A. He is apparently still good friends with the many pj members. Would be super interesting to see how the band would sound with Dave A again. Dave A and Matt C also seem to have HUGE respect for each other.I will swallow poison0

sorry i forgot there were 11 pages to this thread...fuck me for replying after reading only the first page0 -
Ha, I didn't notice that this thread was merged with a different one...there have been a couple of threads on the first page notating their reunion these past couple of days, though.PJ Fan est. 1990 wrote:Aaron 23 wrote:

SPIN.com had a pretty good article... don't know if it's been posted here yet.

"...Soundgarden are plotting a tour for 2010. And that's not all: according to Billboard, Soundgarden are also in negotiations to perform at several major U.S. and international festivals.
The tour will be planned around Cameron's duties with Pearl Jam, who have live concerts scheduled for spring and summer 2010. No word yet if the band plans to record new material, but Cornell has long discussed a greatest hits album and/or a new boxed set, which would include never-before-heard studio material."

awesome, thanks angie!0 -
Got my fingers crossed for Hard Rock Calling, it would be pretty tough on Matt, but the guy is a fucking machine. Imagine if they did play with Pearl Jam - Pearl Jam Soundgarden and some Temple Of The Dog songs, it would be my dream show pretty much.0

I guess there's not many around...tried to find some maybe 10 years back, could only find great audience recordings. I'd love to get an SBD recording from 96/96 tour.134xxx
