well it is because he has the ball in his hands way more than the first 3 years of his career. it's an adjustment and it should level out to closer where they've been though...especially when the big man gets in there.

but he has improved in literally every other category though. it's been fun watching him finally have the keys to the offense.

    he's averaging 6 now ... if he maintains his 9 dimes a night clip ... i'll settle for 4 turnovers a game ...

this is also the first time he has been the exclusive point guard in his career. iguadala was the point forward for the last couple years. even in college jrue played the 2 a lot with collison at point.

that's kinda ironic as collison is my other primary point on my fantasy team ...

team just isn't that good without bynum ... you can't take a mid-level team and remove arguably its best player and some other parts and expect to have the same success ... success of this team hinges on bynum ... and really - if you get him before the all star break - consider it lucky ...

they are 5-4. that's the definition of still being a mid-level team. without bynum on the floor, this year's team is missing elton brand's low post presence more so than iguadala. i'd rather have holiday running the team than iggy anyway.

solid win last night against a team that presented some obvious match up problems in the front court.

...maybe if bynum never gets on the court, the sixers can use the money they would have spent on his max contract and go after millsap? :eh:

Did 76ers center Andrew Bynum cause further damage - including a new bone bruise and cartilage damage – to his knees while bowling?

According to a report on ESPN.com, this might be the case. Citing multiple sources, ESPN.com reported that Bynum, who has yet to play for the Sixers, may have caused himself further damage while bowling.

There are several activities that are prohibited in standard NBA player contracts, but bowling is not one of them. Bynum is known to enjoy bowling, ESPN.com reported.

was refreshing to watch the sixers tonight after that "football" performance by the eagles.

solid game by turner. kid's gotta start consistently playing like this.

My first post in this thread so far this season will be to strongly agree with this. To me Millsap is almost as talented at Bynum but isn't constantly injured and/or acting like an idiot.

i thought holiday was on his way to 30 tonight...

just glancing at the point guards in the league right now, here's where he ranks this year/last year:

    scoring 6th.....last yr: 10th
    fg% 9th.....last yr: 19th
    3pt% 3rd.....last yr: 15th
    assists 4th.....last yr: 24th
    rebounds 6th.....last yr: 11th

still very early but a huge improvement all around. turnovers have been cut way down the last 4 games too. keep it up jrue...

Does it really? I've only seen the Bears one for the past few weeks. Maybe it changes when I log on at home or I log on at work.

Wasn't really ripping Philly with that article. Just amazes me that people would shoot each other over the outcome of a sporting event. Shit seems to be happening all the time these days.
