Maybe now we can get rid of Harris. Never really liked him.
I think this was the final year on his contract?

If so, I doubt they re-sign him.

"Lovingly"? Ha. There's no love for Toby.

I can't wait to see what Morey does over the next few months. My pipe dream wish is for them to somehow finagle Bridges from the Nets and correct that mistake. I know PG is at the top of their wish list, though, if he opts out.

All that beautiful cap room opening up this summer.

I saw a take, which I think I sort of agree with, that in this whole process that one of the bigger daggers may have been going all-in on Jimmy. Because in reality they probably weren't ready to accelerate things to the next level. It made them desperate, and took away assets/paths to further developing the team.

But that's all hindsight, looking forward to the summer - this is it. This is the last time to go all-in for another big player that you can attach to Embiid.
I saw the same take and it definitely is interesting to think about.  On one hand that trade made that year's team, probably, the most talented of this era....but yeah, they did jump the gun on Jo and (at the time) Ben's timeline for winning. Plus Jimmy and Toby were expiring and we know the mistakes that were made the following summer (ponce--they actually chose Ben and Brett Brown over Jimmy, not Toby). Would've like to have seen that original team have a little more time to marinate.

So happy the Nova Knocks lost. I’d rather Boston win than any team with Jalen Brunson. Fuck that guy.

If only his old man didn’t sexually Harrass a masseuse he might have been an Owl.

Hart and pasta boy are much more annoying to me.  Neither shut their mouths and Hart whines constantly.

Sixers absolutely need a Josh Hart on their roster...

Hey about that Timothy John?! Great to see him doing so well.

It's really cool to see TJ McConnell out there winning playoff series. I'll tune in just for him. Why'd we get rid of that guy anyway? Too much star chasing and not enough team building.

Out of all the teams you've hated in your life - and you know what I mean, Cowboys/Giants/Devils/Braves/Mets/etc, I know there's been many - which ones did you deep down *like*? For me it's this era of Celtics, which I very much hate saying. But I like them.

I guess the late 80s Mets were pretty cool. Doctor K and Darryl Strawberry and all the drugs. Fuck the Celtics.

I think the correct answer is none of the above. Tatum is not the most hateable guy in the world, I will conceded that, but....come on, fucking Horford is on that team. That fucking bum. lol

Hated the 80's Mets even as a little tike...however I have Pearlman's book about them and am looking forward to reading that soon.

But no, man....Cowboys, Giants, C's, Braves....none of those teams comes to mind that was remotely likeable to me.

Buddy of mine said Pats but I don't think they count. Like everyone hates the Pats.

I don't know, this Celtics team for like the past 5 years have impressed me. Definitely fuck Al, but I love me some Jaylen Brown.

Knicks (only NY team i kinda like) but mainly cause for the Beastie Boys video for "So What'cha Want" Mike D waws wearing a Knicks shirt and that is one of my fav B-Boys songs

Only other team is probably the Braves (90's version). They were so good, but won only one World Series at that time. Only time I rooted against them during that period was against us (obviously) in the '93 playoffs. We sucked except for the '93 season and I didn't really care for any other NL team.

I liked the Braves pre '93 but they were not a rival yet. That Francisco Cabrera play is still one of my favorite moments seeing happen live .

Also--and yeah, I know everyone hates the current version of the Knicks...but I don't dislike them as much for obvious reasons. If they were full of Temple guys you losers wouldn't mind them either. haha
