    I gotta say. If I was in that arena I’d get into a fight with some New Jersey shithead. Fuck all the people who cashed in selling their playoff tickets.
    I had to drive 3 hours roundtrip to attend a wake this afternoon so was listening on Sirius and was astounded by the number of Knicks fans you could hear cheering whenever they scored.
    It was like that for game three. Not sure where our fans were. Pretty bad.

    also read Embiid was “pissed” about the invasion.
    Embiid has gotta be ready to demand a trade. He gets no support. The guy did all he could in the 4th Q (1 point) but it wasn't enough.

    Your facetiousness is appreciated. I thought he needed about a 2 minute rest. He's clearly not in playoff condition. But of course the team absolutely tanks every time he sits down, so there's that.

    I honestly blame the ticket-selling "fans" for the loss. Everything turns with a crowd like that - the refs, the players' juice. Fucked up.

    Jalen Brunson really doesn't mind my barrage of double birds coming from my living room. Fuck that guy forever.

    He really was gassed, and Nurse should have rested him. Better to have a few minutes with him off the floor and then get a better version of him for the final push.
    And it's not like the Knicks have the twin towers of Sampson and Olajuwon out there. Nurse should have just gone to a small lineup for 3-4 minutes, sped up the game with Maxey and taken a shot that way.
    Crazy that the crowd can be such a factor against a team on their home floor. You and Embiid and others re right, that shouldn't happen in Philly. You expect a team like the LA Chargers to have a home field disadvantage in the stands, not a team like the Sixers.

    If this was the Phillies or Eagles in the playoffs against New York you wouldn't have that many New York fans here in philly. Maybe even the Flyers also. Still not sure how there were that many Knicks fans there... :confounded:

    That's because the Sixers organization is trash that wants to squeeze every available penny in making a profit. I hope they don't get their arena just based on the past 24 hours.

    Did the Sixers force fans to sell their tixx for a profit? (not being smart - just asking - I don't get what you're saying)

    There are always tickets available on the secondary market. I do not begrudge anyone wanting to sell tix. But what I know is the absolute amount of apathy and disappointment for this team is at an all-time high. If there wasn't then those tickets would have gotten scooped up by Sixers fans.

    Embiid should be worrying more about winning than the fans in the stands. Every year it's some bullshit, the team and the organization as a whole is just full of gigantic bullshit. I would not be surprised if the Sixers org would go as far as to make sure ticketholders have the easiest time selling tickets to maximize every ounce of profit for themselves. At one point you could not get tickets anywhere but StubHub for christsakes. Fuck this franchise. There is no less Philadelphian team right now than the Sixers.

    No chance of that. As much as people hate to hear it....they have a ton of cap space for the first time in a while. If PG opts out, he'd be a perfect fit behind Jo and Maxey.

    I wish the Sixers had a Josh Hart. Never been the most talented or athletic guy in the world but he knows what it takes to win.

    Ehhhh......I can envision a shitload of Mets fans if there's a scenario where the Phils had a down-ish year and the Mets were ascending up for the first time in a while. Absolutely.

    There were a good amount of Niners fans here a couple years ago too....the Eagles just shut them up early on.

    Also...basically the same thing with the fans happened in '89 when Barkley was here. This isn't new, despite what everyone on twitter seems to believe. Xavier posted a clip a couple pages back.

    He'd be replacing a literal turd sandwich who's averaging 8 points a game and is afraid of touching the ball. He would be an immense improvement.

    Also, yes, I know what "literal" means. Just found that line humorous.

    Don’t shoot the messenger.  Unreal if that 21.2 percent is accurate

    and he is 3-18 with 2 rebounds in the 4th quarters of this series.  That just not good enough for a star player.

    Maybe because he's not in shape?

    1st=scores and rebounds
    2nd=not as much
    3rd=scores and rebounds
    4th=not as much

    Seems like it's been that way every Playoff.(Hurt and/or out of shape=FRUSTRADING)
