I went to the live Ricky last week and got to meet Bball Paul. Really cool experience overall, but Spike’s “poem” was really awkward.

Got last second tickets to the game last night and got seats in the “Revolutionary Row” section. Had no idea they existed until last night. If you’re familiar with the Assembly Room, it’s just there but there’s one row of seats that runs the whole way around it and the seats are really comfortable. Amazing birds eye view. Probably going to be the first place I check for tickets from now on.

Do you get an actual seat or do you just get entry to the Assembly Room and then anyone can sit wherever?

I stumbled into it at a Villanova game a few years ago and just kind of looked around. It wasn't really open yet.

I think the Revolution Row part are actual seats. I guess they realized this made them more money per head than having it all be media, and put the media down there in the blue section on the floor.

Yeah they are assigned seats. The ones I had with a central view were more expensive than the ones on the side.

Did they say he got him in the groin? I thought he got hit in the mid-section. Not Embiid’s best game. Tyrese “The Cure” Maxey looked great.

From the one angle looked like KFC hit him right in the jewels. And looked intentional (not the jewels necessarily but was using the off arm intentionally to whack him off to create space). Borderline to give him a flagrant 2, definitely a flagrant 1. Lion Killer's move was definitely more egregious, but he missed the target by a few inches. If he gets Speedy Jr. in the nads he definitely would have been tossed.
Celtics are all being fitted for cups in case they advance past Atlanta and have to play the Philadelphia Ballbusters.

They've been in the bag all along, probably more so when gambling was illegal and had shall we say nefarious influences.

IDK but the name I heard more than any player last night was Tony Brothers. Glad we all tuned in to be entertained by the league's "best ref" according to The Athletic player survey.

That was one of the strangest playoff games I've seen. Feels like one previous incarnations of this franchise would have surely lost though.

Need to sweep these turds on Saturday and then rest up...

Yes, I'm sitting there going, "ya see, every fucking year. if it's not Embiid it's nobody." And finally someone not named Embiid stepped up. For me to feel strong about their next series I need a sweep here.

I was willing Maxey to carry us to victory in the last minutes. Damn did he deliver.

Agreed on the sweep being a big factor for me too.

And although he got ejected for complete and utter bullshit reasons, I thought Harden looked improved last night too. That was a positive.

Also....people love to hate on the guy, but PJ Tucker has been the guy Morey wanted him to be when he signed him last year. Big rebound after big rebound from him all three games thus far.

Yeah I'm not ignoring Harden here, he is what he is. But if you're going to be a championship team I need to rely on more than two guys, is what I'm sayin'.

What's wild about Tucker is he absolutely, quite literally (big word for me today!) turned on a switch as the playoffs got closer. Like he says, "ok, THIS is what you're paying for." He was amazing last night.

I thought the Harden ejection would raise up the team and propel them to victory, which... happened eventually.

Tucker is definitely an element they didn't have in the playoffs before.

Basketball Paul being the best Embiid back up ever is paying some dividends too. Greg Monroe was getting minutes a few years ago! lol

Hopefully the Hawks can win another game. I have it on good authority that they want Jo to have at last a full week of rest...in the mean time:
