I have ordered from these folks before. Fast shipping as well. Selection is limited and random as hell, but you score from time to time depending on your musical tastes.
thanks for the heads up! grabbed the Norah LP for my wife.
here are some pre-orders that I'm waiting for: Blind Melon--Soup (black vinyl) Ryan Adams--Prisoner (red vinyl) Spoon--Hot Thoughts (purple vinyl) Elliott Smith--Either/Or (buttercream splatter vinyl) Sleater Kinney--Live in Paris (coke bottle clear vinyl) Old 97's--Graveyard Whistling (blue vinyl)
The Mike Watt Ring Spiel Tour '95 LP is only $8.39 on Amazon at the moment, good purchase for any who doesn't have it. There is an indie orange vinyl but that is around $25 - $30. If only all vinyl was this cheap.
Awful pressing. The hype sticker says that it was remastered from the original analog masters, which is just a bald-faced lie! I'm returning mine.
This is the second time Concord Bicycle has done something shady with a big vinyl release -- the NIN Halo box was number 1, when they just used leftover stock of the famously flawed Pretty Hate Machine -- and they can keep their shitty records from now on.

Ok, fair call, but what exactly is so bad about it? Surprised to hear that, thought they'd use the same source as the original, just tweaked.. The US original sounds really nice.

And I love how the skateboard in the Inxs cover has that plastic tail guard on it! It's like they bought one from Target for the shoot. No self respecting skater would ever buy a board that had one of those. That being said, Kick was a good album.

Sergio liked it
Sergio also dug the ladies from Poison.
Sergio sold quite a bit of records to the guy I got those from at the record show.

Hopefully, he didn't treat those records like a rag doll.

No depth or warmth whatsoever. Brickwalled shit. I'm ordering the EU version from Amazon UK to see if it's a better pressing. Concord Bicycle has nothing to do with that one.

I haven't listened to it yet. I'll see what I think...

One of the first albums I owned as a kid. My older cousin got me into them and u2 when I was 7. Hutchence's death affected me even more than Cobain. Miss him.
I know this is off topic... And I know there was a thread about this but I can't find it.
But has anyone found sleeves bid enough for boxes of 4 vinyl? I'm thinking like Jack White vault size for example. There are some on Amazon that say they handle 1.25 but the reviews are dubious to say the least.

Nice thanks! Did you get them? I'm looking for sleeves for large boxes.
I'm almost on deck for mine to be made, but the people from here who have already received them are VERY happy. If there is a sleeve you have in mind, just send him the measurements and he will make it for you. I am having some made for the Ten/Vs/vitalogy box sets, vaults, Benaroya Hall, Rearviewmirror, stadium Arcadium just to name a few. Have your name added to the list if you're interested!
