    I got the 12" and I was overwhelmed by the generosity and thoughtfulness that went into sending it to me. Brought me to tears.

    With pressing machines, I don't even really know how that would happen.

    I sent an email to Newbury.. within 5 minutes they replied and said they were sending another box out and not to worry about returning the first one... Sweet.
