i m so sick of people thinking they are intitled to better things just because they are them. people need to get over themselves. i was in 317 and they were good seats could see everything
like a dog chasing a car, I do not know what i would do with it if i caught it----Joker

Thank the lord (a bit) for GA over here, most of the time you get what you deserve depending on when you queue and its not about how old you are.

Yay. Another one of these threads. Just what this board needed.

You couldn't just contribute to one of the other threads on this topic. Had to start your own, eh?

Yes, really too bad this person had to put your so far out of your way or so severely inconvenience your life by starting another thread on a given topic. Get over it. If you don't like it, don't read the damn thread.

This is a big deal. Our seats were in the 300s as well. We would have rethought spending the money knowing the seats would be in the nosebleeds. In this economy, the club owes it to its fans to let them know upfront where the seats are going to be and give them the option to buy. It's disappointing to know I could have gone on ticketmaster and received much better seats. Way to treat your fans!

I think all this complaining is ridiculous. Those of you who have, should be ashamed. In the announcement email for the show, 10c specifically said:
Ten Club tickets are for reserved seating and will be allocated by seniority. The longer you have been in the fan club, the closer your seats will be to the stage. Newer members should not expect prime seat locations. Proximity to the stage is contingent on the amount of members in attendance.

    Everyone knew in advance!
My husband & I were in section 311 & we had a great view for how far back we were. Practically everyone in our section bitched. One guy complained for the whole show because he thought he would get floor seats even though he had only been a member for 9 months! I was just happy to actually get a ticket. Great show!

Thanks to PJ & 10c! There are some of us who actually appreciate being members...

one can only hope that next time tickets go on sale these ppl that are crying about the seats..decide not to buy fan club tickets...that way it makes it easier for everyone else to get tickets..and for those with the higher #s..then move a tweek closer....

I was soooo tempted to walk up to the 300 level from my floor seats and offer to trade last night. There was this guy who smelled like really BAD BO and Wine Belches. It was horrible. Id rather much hang out in the rafters to escape that smell.

Dude, just let people post their opinions without telling them they are dumb, for the love of crap. I mean seriously, this is someone's opinion, and if you don't like it, AND you have something constructive to say (other than, "this is a dumb post", "stop whining", or "stop bitching") then is it that hard for you to just not post anything at all???? Unbelievable. I have to say, when you come back with comments like this, it is a reflection on you, and 9/10 times you come out looking more the fool than the OP.

and his opinion was he thought it was the dumbest post ever regarding 10c seniority no? hehe
  • I have a high 10c number and I totally anticipate having high seats. Granted I hope that by some stroke of luck I won't, but I realize that is not likely. Honestly, I am just happy to have tickets. I am also hoping that there were not as many 10c tix to this show and perhaps I will get lucky with at least something in the 200s. If not, oh well ...I will just be thrilled to be there.

No, his statement was a reaction to another person's honest opinion, which he said was dumb.

And if you don't like my post, don't read it. See how that works?

Starting new threads on any one topic -- be it Ed's hair, or the new album, or Target or whatever -- is simply bad form. It's like that on any message board I've ever been a part of.

If there's already a thread on a certain topic, you contribute to THAT thread instead of starting your own. I'm sorry if this is your first day on the Internet, but that's generally how it works.

For instance, when you whined at me, I simply replied to you within this thread. I didn't start a new thread entitled "STOP WHINING AT ME!" That would have been ridiculous.

There are only so many awesome seats to go around. What do you expect wen half the fan club comes in for a show.

If other dates were announced when this show was announced, less people would have gone to this show. But at least you got tix. I know people who got shut out.

In my defense, it was pretty dumb. Have you seen the setlist or any of the feedback from the show. The idea of giving up a ticket last night or tonight is DUMB

Seriously. Sometimes dumb people need to be made aware of the fact that they are dumb. It's the only way they will learn.

The best show I've ever seen I was way up in the 300s. How was the show?
Believe me, when I was growin up, I thought the worst thing you could turn out to be was normal, So I say freaks in the most complementary way. Here's a song by a fellow freak - E.V
  • The show was great last night and to me seeing them is all that matters no matter where you sit.
