Intimate club gig at O2 Shepherds Bush, London - 11th August

The Astoria was one of the best gigs I have ever been to. I drove up from South Wales in the morning for it and was completely blown away by it. Now that I'm living in London I will shit in the street if I can't get to this show! And so a week of nervous waiting begins...
By the way, my fiancee will still be in Sydney when this gig is on so I'll definitely have a spare...“Do not postpone happiness”

Have O2 sent out information about the pre-sale then?
I have an O2 phone but haven't received anything.
I have to say, I fear a repeat of the Astoria fiasco, with touts buying up half the tickets and selling them for silly money on eBay. I can't understand why the band can't follow Bob Dylan, Tom Waits and The Who's example. All those artists when playing small shows made it so only the person who bought the ticket (and guest) could enter the venue. Given Pearl Jam take similar measures for their arena shows you'd imagine doing the same thing for a show like the Empire would be easy.1992 - London ULU
1993 - London Finsbury Park - Brixton Academy x2
1995 - Reading Festival (with Neil Young)
1996 - London Wembley Arena x2

If I dont get tickets to this and someone else here ends up with a spare, I will buy it from you + I will throw in some juicy pj items. Black promo maybe? Or something else, you name it.
I just want to add my name to the list cause I am sure I will miss out here.. There will be tears!I will swallow poison0 -

I'd prefer to be upstairs that standing as I am no giant lol

I wonder how long before we get 10C confirmation/plans for this. I remember they confirmed Astoria the same day SeeTickets did. They had to have known HMV was going to go public with this news today. This isn't some little leak.My Pearl Jam Photos

If they can do it for them, no reason why it couldn't be done for us.
Yes I agree. If I'm assuming by local you mean anywhere within a 3 hour drive
If not, PJ the Wolverhampton Civic is a great venue too
Or to those coming from a few continents away just for Pearl Jam!0 -

Hey Ed, just found this on the blueroom site.
7. How many Priority Tickets can I buy?
You can buy up to six tickets for each event. It may be less, depending on the event. It's always best to check the terms and conditions when you click through to purchase the tickets.2009 - Shephards Bush, Manchester, London

I think they're just getting out of bed over that way! They'll wake up to an onslaught of mails from us along with worried people about the sales today... it's never easy!!
I can't register for O2 events there, so I'm down one option :(0 -

Nice one, Nathan?
So far I've got - Me and my brother on HMV and my dad + brothers friend on 02. That's at least 8 if all goes well (which is never does ;p)0
