What is your favorite NIN song and why?
Curious what NIN song you all like- no reason, tell me which one and why please. Hard to pick just one, I am going to say LAST from Broken. All the rage, guitar grunge, and industrial skank I fell in love with in the early 1990's. How can you not like a song that talks about dressing up rotten carcases, seriously! Close…

How do I frame this poster
Im looking for some help. I got this print but I have no idea how to frame it as it's got no border. The writing goes right to the edge and the details of the flag are right at the edge. Usually I would just use some photo corners put a cardboard mount over the top and stick it in a frame but this would lose too much of…

Chilean Neo-psychedelic Rock
In Henry Rollins' most recent book, Before the Chop III, Mr. Henry talks about walking the streets of Santiago, Chile and spotting a Charles Mingus in a shop window. Henry goes into the shop, inquires about local Chilean music and one thing leads to another and he ends up getting introduced to some of the folks at BYM…

"I don't think anyone else here has this" game.
Got this idea off another forum. Fun way to find out what unusual title are out there. Photo or written descriptions or both work. Two simple rules: 1.It has to be music (record, CD, cassette, reel to reel, DVD, etc) 2. It has to be an official release, not bootlegs. I'll start: I don't think anyone else has the LP…

U2 Joshua Tree 2017
Don't know how everyone else feels but I'm pretty excited for this. I think it's long over due that U2 nods to the past. Believe they've reached that point in their career where that's what people want more than a live show with 10 new songs. Wish it was arenas over stadiums but will be great to hear songs like In Gods…

Best 2Pac album?
I've been listening to him recently, never listened to his albums before, only knew his well known songs. I really like Me Against The World. I reckon it is better than All Eyez On Me. Any fans?

Blues Thread
Just like to hear about some of your favorite Blues Musicians/Groups and Songs. I've been digging Muddy Waters a lot lately also some of Clapton's work, I think it may all have stemmed from watching the Last Waltz recently. Feel free to share your thoughts, love to hear them, always like finding songs I haven't discovered…

Royal Republic
So I've been hearing their one big/hit song "Baby" on WMMR (philly rock station). Sounds pretty good. Although when I first heard it sounded a lot like Electric Six (maybe a little Hives in there as well). Pretty catchy. Other stuff sounded pretty good also. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxlDep3u7WQ…

Plugging Brand New's 'Science Fiction'
Slightly younger Pearl Jam fan here (23). I remember listening to Brand New when I was in middle school. Thought they were still a pop punk band until a friend reintroduced me recently. Listened to 'The Devil and God are Raging Inside Me' and 'Daisy'. Man...these guys really grew up with their fans. I had no idea. Anyways,…

Paramore
I'm sure not a popular opinion amongst this board but I think they are a really great rock band. Hayley Williams probably has the best voice (from a technical perspective) in rock music. Sounds better live than on the record. Music is very catchy but has a lot of creativity to it and not some b.s. Nickelback pop.

Concerts You Had Tickets To But Didn't Attend
I can think of 4. Jeff Martin solo several years ago. (sick) Motley Crue ($5 last minute tickets! But young daughter had a fever) Black Keys (paperless tickets, Ed solo ended up on the same day) The Watchmen a few weeks ago (priming got a bit out of hand-had to go to bed) The Rolling Stones in 1994 I had the flu. We had…
