    Immortality:
Vacant is the world...(vacate is the word)
    other faculties...(artificial tear)
vulnerable, wisdom can't be here (wisdom can't adhere)
i cannot stop the thought...of running in the door... (I'm running in the dark)
coming up a which way side...all the truants must be cited... (which way sign, all good truants must decide)
oh, slip into a coma... at you hold on... (stripped and sold, mom...auctioned forearm...)
and whispers in the sand... (whiskers in the sink)
    oh yeah :D

    Breath:
home to my begin with anything
cat of life whole world with handle scream
    Aaah-yeah
    ...
    O-oh, easter dome
    A breath and a
    o-oh, easter dome,
    nanananana yeah
    life ain't what it's worth
    a breath and a
    o-oh, easter dome
    ^^

    Even flow:
Oh, beezin', maybe he'll see a little better, Saturdays, ooh yeah
Oh, hell now, faces that he sees time again ain't that familiar, oh yeah
Oh, duckling, he can't help, when he's happy loses his head
    ...
Kneelin', looking through the paper though he doesn't know the reader,
Oh, fryin', now to show to cope with anything
Oh, feelin', nothing sence of wherther of the weather's on it's way
Oh, ceiling, sealing Bob between the beetle hose of shame
(I know it doesn't make sence, but he's just mumbling too much)

  • My friend and I were in Santa Fe, NM right before 2000 show. Anyways, we were cruising the mountains listening to local radio when Whitesnake "Here I go again", which forced me to belt out the chorus "Like a Stripper I was born to walk alone" in lieu of the correct "Like a Drifter I was born to walk alone".

That was a long weekend in which that subject was never dropped!!!

I always thought the words to that AIC song got me wrong was

Ezabella bet you got me wrong

    Boy did I feel stupid.

    What I hear:
"Black magic painted trees, makes me sane"
    Actual:
"Black magic painted traits, makes me sing"
Maybe some weird drug reference? Who the fuck knows. But that song doesn't make much sense in the first place.
deep, deep blue of the morning

yesterday, my fifteen year old was singing " this is not for jews!" (not for you).

    Ah! Good ones!

My wife has always wondered about the culinary delights of "Muffin Man" and "Butter Man"....

yeah, that'd be Nothingman and Betterman, hon, thx.

Hehehe...when our daughter was young...she used to sing "BUTTERMAN"!!!
Makes much more sense, to live in the present tense.

A truly liberal person is conservative when necessary.

Laughing out loud over here :D with tears running down my face

I've read the misheard lyric "her legs spread out before me" so many times now that I don't recollect the correct lyric anymore...ahhhhh

    Bryan Adams' "Summer of '69":
the correct line is : When I bought my first six string

but a friend of mine sang it always out loud as: When I had my first sex dream...and wondering why everyone was always starring at her when she sang it..lol

For a while I though the lyrics in Nearly lost you where:
I nearly lost you there and its taking off somewhere
I nearly lost you there and its trying to sleep now.

Of course its acctually: "and its taking US somewhere",
and: lets try to sleep now

but I thought lyrics to Little wing were
Well shes walking through the clouds, with a circus smile thats running wild
Butterflies and zebras move me. and also: when im sad she comes to me, with a thousand smiles she gives me glee.

I now only know what that last line there was: With a thousand smiles she gets to be free

Alive lyrics: "I can't remember anything to this very day
    'Cept the look, the look..."

I heard: "I can't remember anything to this very day
    Except love, looooove..."
This made much more sense to me even after I read an interview where Eddie talk about the whole "where to keep the look thing"...
