    Good choice..if you have access on greek products I'll suggest you kefalotyri cheese.. really makes the difference..

    Age dashi tofu with daikon and ponzu?  A place near me charges $60 for that Wagyu beef tataki. But it is outstanding. Looks like that came from a legit place. Ask if they make clam miso soup. I do not eat maki rolls but the tuna looks good as well.

    Made some turkey chili today. It was really good. Leftovers will go in the freezer.

    One of my friends just shared an old photo from when I was in Philly in 2009. This is the Philly Taco. A cheesesteak wrapped in a giant slice of pizza. I’m pretty sure we went to Lorenzo’s first and got the pizza and then headed to Pat’ for the cheesesteak.
