They are worse, for sure, but the message of we are hypocrites as well (but not as much) and we move the goalposts too (but not to the magnitudes) may need some tweaking leading up to the midterms.

That's half the story right there. To people outside the cult this is a big deal, and it was during the election.

What exactly was the lying and manipulation of the nomination process. Please explain who lied to you. Because if you knew anything about the super delegate process, it was pretty clear how this was going to play out.

His health condition was withheld from the public, likely before Iowa. Since they were lying, we are not sure when he got as bad as he was in June 2024.. He clearly was not capable of conducting a complex decision making process. Once it became obvious with that historically poor debate performance , they waited three weeks to prevent any chance of a democratic process. Then they appointed Harris as nominee. I’ll stop there, although there is more, This was obvious to non democrats during the campaign. Not sure why it needs to be typed out here.

The midterms for the house is easy. Where democrats find the states to win the senate and electoral college again, and by extension a liberal seat on the Court, is the complex question

A lot of “they” in there. What you fail to mention is that the delegates were pledged to Biden. He had to drop out to free the delegates. You were there. You saw the daily pressure from the party. You want to blame Team Biden, fine. But it wasn’t some grand conspiracy to prevent primaries. They were impossible to conduct. So no matter how you slice it, the nomination would be at the convention by the delegates. The delegates then committed to Harris before the convention to reduce the chaos. That is perfectly rational.

In 2012, I voted again for President Obama. In 2016, I voted for Senator Clinton in both the primary and general and in 2020 I voted for Vice President Biden in the both the primary and general.

Senator Sanders would make a better argument for himself than I ever could, regarding the primaries in which he ran.

I think they hid it much longer than the debate. It was obvious to me he was a shell. They knew. So yes, plenty of time for a primary as they could have done it in normal fashion without their deceit.

You’re saying the DNC leadership knew and hid it? Why would they know? They didn’t have daily interaction and likely very little interaction with the president.
